Worst place in sharm to be honest will never be back here.. room temperature was over 90 degrees (27c) and I’ve asked everyone to turn the air conditioner on and their response was “we save money in winter” it’s not winterfor me it’s still 90+ degrees.. also no hot water had to take cold showers and the place looked like a construction site.. staff was great management needs to be replaced asap… I will never be back.. spend your mkneh elsewhere this place is literally 2 starts they advertise as 5 but trust me they’re barely a motel When I suggested to atleast get a fan they brought me a dusty fan without a plug just 2 wires (safety hazard) and told me to just use it.. Overall we had a great time- we found the staff lovely and kind and the food better than average for a buffet style all inclusive resort. We were able to book the à la carte restaurants (2 currently open) once per week and they are very good. There is a Burger Shack - nice enough but very limited menu if you wanted it as your main, evening meal. Our travel company didn’t tell us…. But the hotel has major building works going on (which will continue at least another 6 months we’re told). First thing in the morning and once the big pool closes this can be noisy. We didn’t mind too much as we didn’t pay a lot to come here- but it could bother you if you’re not happy to drown the building noise out with your air con! Our room was a revamped one and had a nice sea view. Nothing to complain about and it was cleaned daily by a lovely guy. There seemed to be lots of kid’s entertainment. There are some Stretch/Yoga classes- these are nice if you’re lucky enough to be present when they’re on- they are ad hoc down by the beach pool & often don’t happen even when they say they will! There was volley ball and aqua going on too. The gym is ok- very hot the two times I visited. Probably better to go for a run around the grounds once the sun sets (starts setting about 3.45 - quite early). For the right price it’s definitely worth a visit. Large site with many steps (or bus) down to beach. Lovely staff and nice weather. Very close to Sharm airport. I’m assuming once the works are complete it will be busy and very large!! Most people staying aware Russian, followed by a few Italian & British. Felt safe and clean. Enjoy!

Cheapest deal we’ve ever had for this hotel with flights. Stayed at a hotel next door but one, which we loved, so didn’t quite know what to expect for the money. No worrying needed. It was absolutely superb. Ten minutes by car from the airport. Greeted and checked in efficiently. We had room 259, a premium sea view room. It’s an all inclusive hotel about 10km away from Soho Square so slightly away from the main Sharm area. Beautiful hotel currently undergoing renovations. A large proportion of the hotel is being redone, but it was discreet and clever how they are doing it and it never affected our stay once. The room had a sea view, not the best but it had one. Each room has a patios with table and chairs too so this was lovely. The room had a hairdryer, tea/coffee facilities, lots of mirrors, black out curtains, a safe included, tv, air con, plenty of hanging room and space to place clothes. Many drawers don’t open and are for the look only, but plenty of space for clothes. The rooms were really quiet. We never heard adjoining apartments once. The air con is slightly noisy but caused us no issues. Immaculately clean and well maintained. Ahmed our cleaner was great. Facilities - there are lots! Huge pools, indoor heated pool, great stocked gym, table tennis, paddle tennis, crazy golf, snorkelling….there is lots to do. There are lots and lots of sunbeds too so no issues getting one wherever you want. The staff were brilliant. They made a point of telling us they love the British and their actions backed this up. Drinks brought whenever needed and friendly service. Mohamed at La Sparanza was our favourite but also Emad there, Ahmed at the Burger Station, Reda at Malia and Mr Zein who oversaw the food restaurants. All absolutely top notch and gave 100%. Food was the best we’ve ever encountered at a holiday resort. It was just superb. Choice, freshness and quality was fantastic. We are ate at the specialist restaurants practically every night and loved every mouthful, but our favourite by far was Mali’s, a Mongolian restaurant where you select raw food and they cook it in whatever sauce/spices/ flavours you want. Best meal ever…..twice!! Thank you Reda for looking after us so well. Drinks were never an issue to get served at any bar, the flat white coffee shop or any beach bars. Hardly any Brits here, mostly Russian or Italian. Shame as they really spoiled the Brits there. La Sparanza Italian, Malia Mongolian, Chop Chop Asian, Burger Station American or the general lounge for food were worthy of special mentions they were so good. We weren’t keen on the huge canteen style main lounge so ate at the more restaurant looking speciality restaurants and just loved it. Overall absolutely are looking to go back. Loved everything about the hotel, but the staff, food and sleep were incredible. Highly highly recommended.

the hotel is under a huge renovation at the moment so has no proper restaurant or lobby bar everything is set up as a temporary measure , main swimming pool closed with water slides and they have a temporary in door pool none of which is mentioned when booking this hotel . unpleasant rude staff and not good for english people the hotel was mainly egyptian people , the hotel should be closed until finished .

We came sharm 4. times. This one is best. We stay 11 days. It was wonderfull. Restaurants, bars, pools are good. All employers are helpfull and friendly. Rooms and pools are clean. Animation team and activities sufficient. Seashore is good. Nice landscape. We will came again.

Pyramisa Beach Resort Sharm El Sheikh was an incredible choice for my solo trip in February. The resort offers stunning views of the Red Sea, top-notch accommodations, and a variety of dining options. I loved the range of activities available, from water sports to spa treatments. As far as I’m concerned it’s 5 stars hotel with great atmosphere!

The telephone in the room does not work. We asked FIVE times to fix it. Nothing was done. We had to wait for more than ONE HOUR to have our bags picked at the room after check-out. The attendants do not solve the problem and LAUGH at your face when you ask for help or complain.

The worst hotel we have been even stayed. This is not 5 star hotel, max is 3. The hotel is very big with lot if steps, and far walking to the main restaurant, beach, play zone, water-pools. The personal is tired and has not been oriented to the guests. Even upper management did not want to solve the issues. They just shrugged their shoulders. The food is everyday similar, no differentiation and nothing prepared for the kids. Local alcohol and only two types of cocktails. There were insects in the bad which bite each of us, after what we asked to be moved to another room , and they provded us an old one: with old furniture, broken toilets, dust in the corners. The New Year evening was awful organised: crowded in the building with limited fresh air, line to take the food and tables very close located. Moreover it has been taken extra money for the night. We could bot stay and left, the manager did not want to solve our problem! The only good is the sea which does not related to the hotel. The beach does not orient for the small kids as there is no it actually. The sea can be reach out of ponton.
