Brilliant service from talented multi-lingual staff. Clean beach with all areas including pools and grounds well maintained. Food and drink more than plentiful.

This is the best resort I have ever stayed in. All the staff go above and beyond to meet all your needs. The resort is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Most staff can speak English and the ones that can't still help regardless. There is a lot of food choice, not the same everyday. The quality of the food and the care they take in presenting shows how much effort has been put into making your experience the best possible. Stayed in a Superior Queen room with a garden view, the room was very spacious and very comfortable. The garden and all areas around the resort are beautifully maintained. Plenty of activites going on daily, there is something for everyone. Staff don't expect a tip but when given they accept humbily. You receive the same attention whether you tip or not. I would highly recommend the resort to anyone looking for some winter sun and a place to relax and re-charge.

A fantastic hotel with superb staff and food. Nothing is any trouble. It's handy to have a pen & a photograph of your passports on your phone/tablet, the details are needed to complete the Egypt landing cards, these are usually handed out on the flight an hour or so before landing. No visa charge is payable unless your travelling out of Sharm or staying more than 15 days! USA dollars are best value for Visas because its £25, $25 or €25. We used Sharm Travel Club private transfers £20 return, they are even cheaper if booked via *********** The food is plentiful and of a variety that you won't struggle to find something you like, Salads, Veg food, and sound, burgers, meats, all served piping hot and cooked as you like by the many chefs. Bottled water is replenished daily in your room, along with quality tea bags and Nescafe coffee satchets. There is a kettle in the room and hairdryer affixed to the wall in the bathroom. There is a free lockable safe in your wardrobe. Along with a limited amount of hangers, I usually take 6 more hangers. USA $1 notes are best for tips as coins are accepted but are a pain for the staff to exchange. The room TV is good with a few English channels and the WiFi is good throughout. The main bar closes at midnight and the nightly entertainment finishes around 11pm so there is no problem with noise, the late pub bar down by the beach is open til around 1am and I think aloholic drinks are chargeable after midnight. Special thank you to Mr Ali the hotel manager & the immaculate Mr Yousef guest relations who are always about to help with anything. Mr Osama, Mr Sayed & Mr Sameh who run the bars and restaurants, they ensure your plates are full and your glass never empty. The local Stella draft beer is fine as are the local Gin and other spirits, nothing to stop you buying a bottle of your favourite tipple at duty free and have it on hand in your room if needed to add abit more flavour! Mr Ahmed runs the fabulous reception team and if you need anything from local knowledge or advice they can assist with taxis ect, thanks Mr Farouk. Lastly our room was kept tip top by Mr Mohammed, fun daily towel shapes and all amenities replenished without fuss and always a smile. Thank you everyone and see you all again soon. Stay safe.

Hotel was excellent, service couldn't be faulted. Food very good, although one night only was a little disappointing with choice. Staff could not do enough, they were excellent. Room 4321 was really good and very clean overlooking garden with partial sea view. The Italian Toscana restaurant and Ali Baba restaurants were both superb (these can both be booked one time each week) and again service excellent. Two pools, the upper one better for swimming as deeper. Lower pool still good but more for walking in as more shallow. Beach very nice and 2 mins walk from hotel. Would recommend this hotel.

This was our second visit to this wonderful hotel and couldn’t believe so many of the staff were still there and with all the thousands of visitors they remembered us! The ambiance was so friendly and happy and constantly bustling with busy staff sweeping, polishing and keeping every corner of the hotel pristine and always with a huge smile. The chef and his team never disappointed with their incredible choices at every meal. The beach team always so happy and helpful, the restaurant waiters attentive and charming, the animation team with their never ending energy and motivation … we loved our time with Diab … The magnificent Iberotel Palace team make this hotel what it is under the watchful eye of the General manager who is very accessible for a chat and the lovely guest relations manager Mr Yousef who always goes the extra mile with everyone to make sure their stay is perfect. Well done Iberotel Palace … we will be back

We have just returned after our 5th holiday to Egypt, second to Sharm and first to Iberotel Palace. Firstly, a big thanks to all the posts on the forum that proved very helpful. Thought I would address some of the slightly negative comments we saw. 1. La Coupole is “the canteen” Ok, maybe not as quiet as the Blue Marine but there was more choice, food well presented and always hot. I defy anyone not to find something they would like. Just go outside peak times and it was quiet. 2. People in the restaurant wearing dirty joggers etc, didn’t see it. 3. Noisy and drunk Eastern Europeans, didn’t see that either. In general the other guests were just like us. 4. Lack of sun beds. Always found somewhere, we would put towels out about 7.30am 5. Mosquito problem. No evidence of fogging but not too bad. My wife is prone to bites (she got 6) and thinks probably down to not applying repellent all over. Can recommend Off spray from pharmacy. 5. Rooms are dated. Not modern sleak lines , more classical but well maintained. All I can say is that this hotel was exactly what we wanted. Fantastic location, the Old Town is just across the road, and grounds are beautiful, lovely beach, great snorkelling via the shuttle boat, food was good and hot and the staff were incredible and always helpful (if you have a problem just tell them and they will sort it out, don’t wait until you get back to write a negative review) Special mention to Sayed (bar and restaurant manager) such a nice guy. Don’t bother with Tui tours, just use Mohammed Darwesh. We did 2 trips, Cairo by air and evening Quad Safari and paid extra for a private tour both of which I can highly recommend and much cheaper. Also did transfers with him. We have been looking for a “forever place” and have finally found it.

Very professional and responsible young man Salem helped us in everything! We loved the service, would love to come back again! Stuff was respectful, food is tasty. the service is definitely 10/10. Me and my sister were very satisfied. Thank you!

Excellent holiday overall, Emad, Naghy, Hossam alaa , Mohammed excellent to name but a few of the staff who were all extremely helpful and efficient , as well as friendly. Hotel need to recognise their staff are a main contributor to many peoples positive holiday experience. Rooms lovely, clean everywhere Mini bar a bit pointless as not part of all inclusive but a minor point. Plenty of sun beds available and food/ restaurants nice
