The quality of the towels and robes was exceptional. The service was pretty good, surrounding was beautiful and clean. From the lobby there’s a very nice view. Nice balcony however we booked a sea view room, we were given a pool view room. The buffet was really good for breakfast, a lot of food choices, especially for dessert. We also had a lunch in the same buffet but it was overpriced. Going to the city center by taxi for lunch or dinner is much more worthy. Not many dinner options at the restaurant of the hotel.

It is a very low hotel, not enough for 5 stars at all. The towels by the pool need a room card to change. There are 2 towel cards per room, but if you bring an extra baby, it will never give you an extra towel , a family of three can only have one person without towels, the buffet breakfast and dinner are very poor, not five- star hotel, the hotel's children's facilities and photos are completely different, the service staff does not have a standard, just ask for tips, with coaxing, really Very poor hotel, poor! poor! poor! old! old! old!
Just rely on the natural beach to make some money, waste such a good resource

Baron Resort team is wonderful as long as the team is great then the stay is definitely perfect ❤️ I would love to mention the Restaurant Manager Mr. Mohamed Sayed , the food was amazing variety of food and healthy options and clean which is very important.. thank you Mr. Mohamed for your kindness ❤️ Also in the restaurant the waiter Mahmoud Hamed and the Chef Shazly and chef Mostafa Darwesh I wanna thank you both for being nice and kind with me and my family.. thanks a lot ❤️❤️ For the swimming pool team I wanna thank Hazem for his kindness and his support being such a wonderful person with me and my family and also Mahmoud Thanks for everything and it’s such a wonderful experience and looking forward to having another stay with you ASAP ❤️

The most amazing hotel that I have ever been to. The staff can't do enough for you especially Osama who was our waiter most nights. The food cooked by Salah is lovely and with plenty of choice. My son and I are fussy eaters and there was always something we could eat. The rooms are clean and tidy. The beds are so comfortable and you have an option of what type of pillow you would like. The pool was clean and the waiters came round throughout the day getting you drinks. The guy you get your towels off came straight over as soon as you get to the pool with your towels. Would 100% recommend anyone to book this hotel.

This is our first time visiting Egypt and with my wife being a picky eater we were a bit worried, the food cooked by Salah is absolutely spot on and varied so we needn't have worried, and our waiter Osama was very attentive and funny and made us feel very welcome. The staff cannot do enough for you and are always around if you need anything. The pool is refreshingly cooI which is needed in the heat I cannot fault anything about our holiday and even though we have not left yet we can't wait to return......

It’s not my first time I booked that hotel and not the last , because of the service - staff - location -and food is very good. We enjoyed our stay here . Hope you guys try and like it .
