The quality of the towels and robes was exceptional. The service was pretty good, surrounding was beautiful and clean. From the lobby there’s a very nice view. Nice balcony however we booked a sea view room, we were given a pool view room. The buffet was really good for breakfast, a lot of food choices, especially for dessert. We also had a lunch in the same buffet but it was overpriced. Going to the city center by taxi for lunch or dinner is much more worthy. Not many dinner options at the restaurant of the hotel.

It is a very low hotel, not enough for 5 stars at all. The towels by the pool need a room card to change. There are 2 towel cards per room, but if you bring an extra baby, it will never give you an extra towel , a family of three can only have one person without towels, the buffet breakfast and dinner are very poor, not five- star hotel, the hotel's children's facilities and photos are completely different, the service staff does not have a standard, just ask for tips, with coaxing, really Very poor hotel, poor! poor! poor! old! old! old!
Just rely on the natural beach to make some money, waste such a good resource

A totally unpleasant experience, the superior room with a balcony overlooking the garden was actually a lower room, in a semi-basement, without a view and next to the centralized air conditioning installation. The room was very dirty, everything was old and worn out. After we made a fuss, they changed our room only the next day. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything was very clean, the food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt truly cared for throughout our visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a warm environment.

We stayed in this hotel 10 years ago and had an amazing time. We’ve always reminisced about this hotel. We hadn’t been back to Sharm until this visit but immediately our choice was going to be Baron. The room (superior with a sea view) was immaculately clean. The bathroom is a bit dated with some grout and tiles needing replacing but it’s very clean. The staff can’t do enough for you. The pool and all public areas were very clean. The food was ok. We love food and are not fussy eaters but we weren’t blown away by the food choices. We remembered the Indian restaurant as being incredible, however unfortunately every visit was a disappointment. We also remembered the Italian restaurant being amazing, however again apart from the service the experience was lacking. It’s a shame because the grounds are immaculately kept, and the staff are very friendly however I think we will try somewhere new next time. While we were there there was a girl from the animation team trying to force us to write a review and actually tell us word for word what to write and wanted to take a photo of the review we were going to write. I told her we weren’t going to do that and we didn’t write the review while we were there. It was pretty infuriating as we were just trying to enjoy a drink at sunset. Thank you to the room cleaning teams and the restaurant servers who were always happy to see us and be so helpful.

Perfect place to relax. The rooms are clean and the fridge is refilled every day. The beach is nice. There are plenty of sunbeds, but if you want a place on the beach, you have to take your sunbed first thing in the morning. The pool at the hotel is large. It is quiet and peaceful here. There is a bar by the pool with good drinks and delicious food. The staff is very nice and helpful, especially Moo from the animaiton team, who provided us with great entertainment every day. Big thanks to Maged Talaat for the great service of our stay. We will definitely visit this place again
