Solymar Naama Bay

I'm so glad that I've chosen Solymar for my first visit of Sharm. The territory of the hotel is small, very beautiful and gives cozy feeling. I booked it for two days, but then decided to stay till the end of my holiday. The food was great, big thanks to all people who work in the kitchen and in the restaurant. The stuff of the hotel is very friendly and nice, especially Maher and Allah. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

It was one of the best decisions to come to Egypt for vacation. Relaxing and quiet hotel with some entertainment at the same time. My wife and I used to spend time at the beach, but sometimes we also spent time at the pool to join the animation team and do some sport. Viola professionally did morning stretching and yoga, Daria took us to a party in the evening. Also I would like to mention our room cleaner, he was great every day with his special decor. Also thanks to the restaurant - the food was enough and tasty. Many thanks to Amir in the lobby bar - he created a pleasant atmosphere.

My wife and I stayed here for a week in April 24 . The staff were attentive and friendly from the moment we walked through the door. The room we had was good. We overlooked the pool with amazing views into the mountains and town. The all inclusive food was pretty good with good daily variety. Beer was fine , however the local spirits aren't great in my opinion, but in a cocktail they're not too bad I guess. Overall we had a great week . Thank to all the staff

This was a very budget friendly trip. We arrived with low expectations and were disappointed to discover the hotel was not by the sea and the pictures looked like it was. However, once we had adjusted to this new reality (and actually the hotel did provide shuttle-runs to the beach), the whole experience was excellent. There were a number of British visitors who were disappointed but we could not understand what the issue was. Our room was lovely (although furniture a bit old, and the bathroom could definitely do with an upgrade). The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The grounds were fabulous - really beautiful and well maintained and clean. The 2 pools were in great condition and sunbeds comfortable. I know some people were unhappy with the one restaurant, but there was a lovely terrace to sit out on and we were able to find food we enjoyed at every meal. We tended to eat 'local' so we enjoyed grilled tilapia and chicken, koftas, feta, salad and plenty of humous, tzatziki etc and yoghourt and honey with fresh fruit for breakfast. The experience and service well exceeded the budget price we paid for an all-inclusive hotel. If you're prepared to accept that a budget price won't provide a 5* experience, then you will have a great holiday here. We will go back.

My experience of this hotel was positive, but there were a few negatives that I struggled with, which I will explain. Arrived about 8.20pm and told here is your all-inclusive band have food and then come back and check in by a very rude gentleman. Once checked in there was no explanation to find room or map only . Just a gentleman who was trying to take my case and show me the room if it was explained I would found the experience easier and i must admit my auttide him was very rude and i did apologise as nothing was made clear to what he trying to do . The 1st room I was allocated didn't have a balcony , outside space website, and easyjet has no mention of this . My room was changed and the 2nd room was far better . All inclusive food was your typical fare if you are fussy, you may stuggle and didn't have things that went to together one evening was burgers but no chips other evening chips but nothing to go with them Bar was small, and service could be slow .most of the staff helpful and friendly with the exception of a few . All in I had lovely time and would recommend hotel

What a wonderful holiday ! Such an amazing community and friendly atmosphere. We feel extremely looked after by all of the staff, everyone remembering us and addressing us by our names, constantly being asked if we are okay and if there is anything we needed. An extremely special shout out to Khayrat & Ehab at the lobby bar, they really made our stay one to remember, they gave us such a good, fun and friendly service. Always chatting to us about our day, remembering our drinks orders and always bringing us a new one whenever our glasses were empty, always having a laugh with us and just altogether amazing. A very personalised experience, I cannot compliment the staff enough! We will definitely be back !
