We booked a double room with breakfast included. The cleaning was very good, the breakfast was varied, you won't go hungry. The hotels are very close to each other, there's a large hotel area in general. The pool is large but not deep. Even though we arrived much earlier than check-in time, the receptionist gave us our room. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were satisfied.

Hotel in the Hadaba area. Good reef. Average food, not all dishes are good and always uneaten for lunch turns into a new dish for dinner. However, in general you will not go hungry. Old rooms, vintage furniture, a bathtub repainted several times, but everything will be clean. There is shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. There are no slippers, robes, toothbrushes and toothpaste. But the Mango Market is a 10-minute walk away.
In the lobby at the reception there is an ATM where you can exchange dollars and euros for Egyptian pounds at a good bank rate. Next to the ATM is a taxi and transfer desk - to the Old Market $ 3, to the airport $ 15 per car.
Large, green, blooming and well-kept territory.
Excellent attitude of the staff and a clean sea pull the hotel to a confident 4 *. But nothing more.
The main pool and surrounding area are under renovation for several more months.

Sharm El Sheikh. The staff were so welcoming, especially Mr. Jordian Joseph, who made sure our stay was truly unforgettable. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel is also just 2 minutes from Albatross Water Land, which made for a fantastic day of fun and adventures. I Highly recommend this hotel

Our stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. Positive points: • The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Mohammad and Ismail. • The food tasted good, although the variety was limited. • Early check-in was possible, which we really appreciated. Negative points: • My girlfriend won the “Miss Safir” competition organized by the animation team, with a photoshoot as a prize. We booked a session with the cameraman, but he never showed up. • I invited a friend for a beer (he wasn’t on all-inclusive), and the bartender told us this was not allowed, which felt a bit uncomfortable. • The room floor was not clean on arrival. • The restaurant toilets were often dirty. • Many drinks were unavailable (e.g., Espresso Martini, Mexican beer). • Construction works around the hotel caused a lot of noise. • No ashtrays were available on the tables.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and very well-maintained, with a high level of cleanliness throughout my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist, which made me feel very welcome. The variety and quality of the food exceeded my expectations, offering both local and international options with great taste and freshness. I also found the overall services provided by the hotel to be excellent—everything was smooth and efficient. Considering the comfort and hospitality, I believe the value for money is outstanding. Overall, the hotel went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh.

Where to start. We have booked another hotel but cuz of it was overbooked agency offered us Safir.What does make the hotel good is the stuff working there. They have done excellent job. From a restaurant worker Chalil (kids has given him new nickname Smile 😊. Housekeeping of our room was also incredible, every day new stuff from towels. Barman at the beach bar and also animation guys. In the beginning we have had problem with our room but in the moment of 10minutes it was solved and they given us new one. The area of the hotel as the garden is nice! What I have seen as a big minus is the fact that in the evening you can only sit in the lobby. Small place and overheat. Would be amazing to have some place to sit outside. The sun set bar with Shisha- It is quite normal that in every hotel you pay for Shisha use but the fact that in this place you have to pay extra also for a drinks that's what makes the people to be disappointed and doesn't wanna go there. That's the fact why a lot of people after dinner leave the hotel and go somewhere outside. But I see a lot of potential in that hotel. The new pools area "downstairs" next to the beach is nice if they gonna keep the work with the renovation I think that this hotel can again stood up for the quality which it was before

Mold, mildew, and a musty smell. The rooms described as "Deluxe" are terrible (of course, they cost extra). Showering in that disgusting bathtub is the worst experience! There's no air conditioning in the entire facility. It's over 40°C, and there's nowhere to cool off. Everyone is sweating, and it's impossible to freshen up because the bathroom smells like an old, closed-off basement. The bedding is dirty, the mattresses are dirty, the bath and pool towels are full of holes, and everything is unhygienic. Disgusting! The hotel is falling apart, with uncleaned pools, chipped tiles, and falling pieces. Everything is sticky and stinks. I wouldn't wish this place on anyone. I'm giving it one star just so I can add a comment—but my rating is LESS THAN ZERO!
