Swissôtel Sharm El Sheikh All Inclusive Collection

swissotel is a very nice and enjoyable resort to stay in the middle level. The resort offers all-inclusive services including meals, parties and internal transfers throughout the day (semi-regular). There is an activity for children suitable for all ages. There are indoor swimming pools for all activities and also water games of a reasonable level that need maintenance and development. There is a means of transportation to the resort's private beach and also barbecue parties near the sea and internal parties daily. The quality of the food is high and the service is very high. The reception workers are respectful and very friendly. The quality of the rooms is not befitting the resort and needs to be developed significantly. The room services are good and the workers are good. There is a negative point and unfortunately it is repeated and I hope it will be solved, which is the delay of the golf cart for internal transfers for long periods even by calling the reception several times. I hope in particular that it will be solved because it is very important in emergency cases and for people with chronic diseases and the elderly. Thank you for your services

Our holiday was really incredible. What pleased us the most were the drinks and the smiling faces. Only Ahmed the Bartender work in terrace bar and he's incharge for this bar. He prepared the best cocktails we have ever tasted in our lives. they were all delicious. he is definitely the best in his job!

I want to say thank you to the entire hotel team, in particular Yana, she is the best manager with guests, I travel often and I know that you will not always meet such warm hospitality, thank you Yana for your care and attention, I will definitely return to your hotel in winter! I also want to say thank you to your chef Tural, I have never tasted such delicious soft meat. He noticed my braces and offered the softest and juiciest so attentive and pleasant! Thanks to the lifeguard named Honda, when I was walking along the pier early in the morning, he showed me so many beautiful fish and told me about them a very brave guy. There is only warmth in the soul and I want to come back again a gorgeous green area, a delicious water park, excellent rooms, what else do you need to relax! Thanks!

Ahmet is the best in skybar and terrace bar . Mahmut is the best too. I will come soon . swissotel is the very good location . very nice food and sea. Nice staff and sun. I love Egypt . corals are the best in the world, fish and waves. Will be back this year.
