Big hotel with many attractions, but not everything is functional. Spacious and well equipped room, only the bathroom could use some renovation. Food just average.

The hotel is not 4 star! It must have been one years ago but not anymore as a lot of infrastructure is un maintained and outdated. Staff is very nice and helpful! They are trying their best to make the stay pleasant. Food is ok for a 4 star!

This place is amazing! The staff are friendly and make you feel welcome to ensure you have a great stay. The place is huge and has something for everyone. The food and drinks included in the all inclusive package are really good too. I loved all the food choices available. There is even a daily shuttle bus that takes you to the nearby beach.

酒店300+一晚包兩餐性價比很高，但衞生、餐飲、服務真的不行。房間內沒有拖鞋、牙刷牙膏，一股發黴的氣味。給送行李的工作人員小費，他面無表情地收下，好像是我理應給的一樣。更可怕的是，另一個工作人員看到後，開始敲我的門，用不熟練的英文問我有沒有5美元零錢，我馬上拒絕了他，因為這太越界了。本來打算住兩晚，住了一晚就果斷跑了。
