Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. All staff want the please very willing to assist and want guests to be happy.
Hot Food could be hotter, and quite repetitive. no choice of cereals for breakfast, geared for the Egyptian taste.
Staff taking food from the breakfast buffet in front of guests, (using their hands) not using utensils provided. Even cleaning staff, to Supervisor levels including some chefs.
Was a theme hotel previously so still remnants of that, but have been told the new administration will be changing many things and updating the hotel.
It is a lovely sized hotel just far enough out of Naaama Bay that it is quiet, but close enough to walk within 30 minutes.
The position is under the inbound flight path, which on certain days can be a little loud.
The staff make the hotel, nearly all of them always smiling and likes to see you.

A beautiful hotel and the staff are very respectful and all the people are there for us all the time. The room was always clean every day. The housekeeping guy came in to make it beautiful. The restaurant is beautiful. The bars are good and the animation team is really great. We really enjoyed their shows and exercises. Thank you, Mamadou, Oka, Shimo and Mustafa. I hope we come back as soon as possible.

💯 What a Vibe! What a crew! Adhm .suzii. Oka.shimo 🫡 Made the festive season really special. Great food. Super Chef. Love the personal touch from ALL staff… front end n backend. Always willing to go the extra mile. This is what customer service should look like always. Highly recommend Hollywood ☘️💚
