I have booked for 2 nights with a friend during the UAE Holiday Prophet Muhammad’s birthday. The room we had is a good area easily to enter/exit to the beach. We are very grateful to Ms. Bravya and Ms. Liezel from the reception for assisting what we need. The Hotel is old but it's a very clean and good smell. The Hotel restaurant has fresh food. The Housekeeping staff all day keep cleaning the areas. ALL the staff is nice, friendly & helpful. Comments: The Beach/Pool area open starts only 8 AM until 7 PM for swimming. It should be open early in the morning to see the sunrise and the Pool should be until 10 pm. Television in the room is no channel. It's difficult to connect to the wifi to watch from youtube.

Was a great experience specially when you know that it’s a 4-star hotel. The thing is that they do their best to make their guests feels like they are getting a service from a 5-star hotel. Thanks to the management.

We arrived at the hotel about 8:00 a.m. The tour operator warned that the settlement would take place at 14:00 and feed us on this day will only be dinner. But! The room was provided to us immediately and with a smile spent on breakfast <3. Only then we understood how valuable it is, so the nearest restaurants do not work (left of the hotel is closed for reconstruction, restaurant on the right (about the supermarket) closed in the pandemic and with the ends). The room was quiet, no noise from the road. The balcony was very short (it is not in all rooms). The beds are chic separate half-square. Breakfasts were very liked: Orange cashes on water (but if you add the flavour, the taste is wonderful), butter, salads, lepers (type, lavasha), sandwiches (most often with tomatoes), eggs, toasts, nuts/naggets/couches/egg, flavored coffee with milk. There are small comments on lunch and dinner. Always there were rice, flavours and pasta, chicken (in different forms), beef (bombish, different). Sometimes they gave vegetables-grill, lobio, potatoes cooked, fries, corn. They were quite uniform, but they were not hungry. ! Children have nothing to eat, TK most often the dishes were served either with pepper or spices. For lunch always different soups (incredible: mushroom, peanut, puree, noodles). Desserts are also delicious, but few (only 2 options): rulers/arbuz/awesome gel with pineapple or coconut/pahlava. In general, the hotel liked it, but the room fund is old, so the rating is four. It is time to repair. Clean up perfectly. Always perfectly clean. Every day filled: champagne, gel, loose, soap, water. Before the sea 7 minutes (when you go out - right). We need to cross three roads with one-way traffic. We have no problems, often drivers have conceded. The beach towel was taken on the respiratory, the voucher was photographed on the phone. Rental umbrella on the beach 600rub, lying 300rub. Safe in the closet is free. The roof pool is cold. In the morning in the hotel hall the aroma lamp is a bomb.

Hotel is not advised to anyone. And the owners would like to say to urgently close the hotel for full renovation. The hotel is very old, repair has never been since the opening day. And even the tile in the bathroom was initially placed so inaccurate that the hotel could hardly ever pull on 4 stars. Wools everywhere. Very dirty as the old carpet, even if dusted, looked horrible all in spots. The carpet in the dining room is a trash, I saw a melted egg or a spilled coffee several times. The breakfast is very scarce and unappetite. From vegetables and fruit only tomatoes, cucumbers and arbuz – all the nuts and shed, most likely cut from the evening. And in general open kitchen, where you are cooking something - no. Maybe eat from somewhere and do not cook themselves. Of sweet - only sugar. Scattery too old and dirty, all in spots. At the entrance, they are asked to leave bags and backpacks and to read the ”rules” so that nothing is taken away. The pool is small as a child, we did not swim in it. Towel was placed on one person. Bed for 7 nights never changed. The location of the hotel I didn't like either: it's not the first line, to the sea go 10 minutes. To the city center go 40 minutes, to the supermarket 20 minutes. The city of Sharja itself liked, and the beach of Al Khan liked, but it's another story.
