The service was average. The front desk called me at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night and woke me up. It was inexplicable.

Hotel staff unprofessional, rooms dirty, issues with pests on the bed and on the TV stand, housekeeping to a very poor standard and they really didn’t care. The toilets were dirty including bathtub which had hair and an unknown brown substance, carpets covered in unknown stains, a toenail in the peephole and patches burnt and dead pests inside slippers pack. Hotel staff was extremely rude and did not respect elders, as we let them know in advance of almost 5 days that we will be checking in early as our flight arrives early morning, once we arrived at 7:40am (later than we’d planned and told staff) they refused to check us in unless we paid extra or to wait until 2pm (as “we should’ve have booked the night before” if we wanted to check in the next day).

The hotel is bit old, and old fashioned. But rooms are clean and spacious. The administrators are polite. Housekeeping works every day. There is not a great variety of cuisine but it's tasty. In conclusion the hotel isn't bad, it's good enough to stay there and the location is wonderful.

This hotel overcharged me two times without any communication, wrote to them emails and called them but nothing returned. Their manager called me after a bad evaluation I marked as (Fraud) and mentioned that he will check and return back but never called again or introduce any explanation. I found my bank called me and send me invoice they introduced and debited my account without any communication to me .I called booking customer service to resolve that issue but not possible as the hotel 🏨 is managing the payments and only having access to my details. I strongly recommend to anyone , will have to go to that hotel , to only PAY IN CASH and never give them your credit card details as they will charge you without notifications .

Rooms smell mouldy. Customer service is rubbish! Breakfast worst than the day before. Knocked our door at 1.15 in the morning to ask for payment for an extra bed! Am l running away? They had my card details but still did this on 2 occasions. Never again!!

Clean rooms , good food. Hotel administrators very friendly and helpful! Pool is nice . Beach is 15 min with taxi! Near many markets and car rental. Not the bad place! Put with children’s here’s a little bite boring! Probably second time here we don’t came!

Nice hotel, we were greeted hospitably and quickly checked into our room. The room as a whole is not bad, everything you need is there, shampoo and shower gel are constantly replaced, the room is spacious. We did not smell any foreign odors. Comfortable spacious and soft beds, just the way we like them. The room is equipped with everything you need. The room was cleaned quite well, linen and towels were changed frequently. The hotel has a calm a**osphere and beautiful interior. The food is not bad, nothing special, but overall ok, everything is fresh, the staff was polite and friendly. It's a long walk to the beach, but there is a transfer from the hotel, the time was inconvenient for us, so we most often went back by taxi, no savings)) If by taxi, then the beach is about 10 minutes. The beach is clean and spacious, we liked it. The hotel also has its own swimming pool, everything you need is there, the pool was clean, there weren’t many people there, so everything is fine overall. There’s not much to do in the hotel, we found a group on excursions in Sharjah on TV on a recommendation, we liked the desert. Also in the vicinity of the hotel there are many different shops, you can take a walk and buy souvenirs, and not only. And in general, the area here is not bad, we walked with pleasure. Since this is our first time in the country, we were impressed by the local people and color. We had a pleasant experience staying in the country. In general, staying at the hotel can be rated as a solid 4. The hotel is in the budget category, so you don’t need to wait much and the mood will be excellent.
