Beautiful Hotel. Service slow. Cleanliness issues with housekeeping.

No hair dryer, no amenity kit, no double tree cookies without asking. But the view was just amazing. Lovely bath tub.

This is brilliant hotel with an excellent location. Unfortunately we were there during the floods. The hotel was NOT prepared. A bit of a disaster but maybe it wasn’t there fault.

Room was very clean since it was a relatively new hotel. The room was of a decent size as expected for hotels in UAE and overlooking the lake. There was also complimentary valet parking.

The check in desk staff are not professional at all, especially a lady called Trisha. I’ve booked the room for me and my friend, and I’ve included my friends’ name as the second guest, but “Trisha” was difficult with my friend, she said that I had to be there present with my ID and all, and I couldn’t. I honestly don’t understand the fuss regarding this, my friend’s name is in the booking as a second guest so none of that was needed. And when my friend asked her to show the policy that stated such thing, she said it wasn’t a written policy!! Honestly so unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

The staff always kindly help customers to put luggage and call taxis. However, the room has a little smell of musty. Lastly, I must complain about the room assignment. I booked the hotel and paid online two months ago, and drop them a message that ‘I will arrive late’ several days before my trip there. When I arrive the hotel, the staff told us the room type I booked is not available and claimed that I made a last minute booking. No compensation is mentioned at all. Ridiculous.
