I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. When my booking time ended, the staff’s behavior was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Rather than approaching the situation with courtesy and understanding, they were rude and made us feel unwelcome.
I believe that all guests deserve to be treated with respect, regardless of the circumstances, and unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit. As a result, I cannot recommend your hotel to others.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving the conduct of your staff.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sharjah CC

I don’t really recommend going to this hotel, everything on the floor was smoky and the room was dirty. It’s better to learn how to clean, then we’ll go again.
