I’ve been staying in this hotel frequently for work. The staff is very good and helpful. Sometimes there are missing items in some rooms like soap holder or coffee table so it depends on the room.

The tottaly good comfort bed cozy room the hotel responsibility and treats also good. This hotel far for transportation so you are need taxi or get a rent a car . Breakfast not bad The room doesn't have sliper and Hair dryer should request.

It's just reasonable price and manageable conditions. If you are staying for a short time and save money, it's ok. A bit noisy but clean room.

When we arrived to check in at 3pm our room still not ready ,the lady in reception ask us to wait and we wait more than a hour which is make us feel not good, they need to improve services

She arrived to a half full parking area. The lobby was festive, small, well lit, and quiet. Two Asian receptionist received her. They were very nice, polite, and professional. They gave her a trim on the fifth floor facing the rose. This is what we asked for. She really loved her room. The hard wood floors, the art work. The added lights. She couldn’t stop talking about the balcony. On her next stay, we’d love for her to stay on the top floor and please no more loud, unruly Arab families with crazy children. We could here them slamming doors and shouting during her webinar. We knew it was Arabs.

The staff is very friendly and supportive, but there should be a hair dryer in room and pest control is needed as few cockroaches was playing around the locker.. another thing that I booked a room with king size bed but at the checkin time no room was available with king size bed.

It took a long time to check in, but it wasn’t the hotel’s fault, it was ours. We checked in for 4-5 hours, they immediately indicated this and paid for the day, but in the end I didn’t get into the pool, it works by the hour, women’s time and men’s time)) However, they didn’t say this at check-in! They asked that the sauna and hammam work, the answer was yes, they just need to be turned on on site, a specialist came down for an hour and tried to turn them on, but stubbornly did not contact the management, in the end he turned to them himself, after an hour they figured out the buttons to turn on the hammam, there was no sauna, by that time they were already getting ready to take off. There was some kind of alarm in the room... I don't recommend it. Waste of money paid for a pool and sauna that didn’t work.....
