如實評價，地址很好，裝修也不錯，投影很清晰。附近吃玩很近。美中不足的是剛開始預訂房間出現一點小插曲，老闆很耐心的解決的。入住後，廁所洗手池下方有很臭的味道，反映之後，阿姨來清洗了一下，留下一瓶空氣清新劑，暫時不臭了，過了一會兒還是隱隱約約有味飄出來，我們住的這個房間空調真的不給力，吹很久，也不涼快，一動就出汗，是住過裏面空調製冷效果最差的。希望能有所改善。對，晚上有衹臭蟲。

出差預訂，房間非常乾淨，也很安靜，適合休息，位置很方便，吃喝玩樂啥都有，步行2分鐘就到，停車位就在房子的地下車庫，停好車，可以從車庫坐電梯上來，高樓層，大大的落地窗，視野開闊，房間獨特的設計，特別温馨，入住心情很温暖，投影很大，效果好，晚上躺在床上看電影，堪稱完美。下次來邵陽會在住上5天，值得推薦。
