來邵陽出差，選擇了長城大酒店，一聽名字就覺得很有安全感。前台小姐姐很熱情。住的是甜夢大床房，門牌上寫着辰睡深睡房，睡的確實非常舒服。有不一樣的感覺，酒店服務阿姨在入住的時候也跟我介紹了，很温馨。首先被子摸起來很柔軟，床墊軟硬適中，有韌性。跟家裡的感覺一樣。我長期住酒店，發現好多酒店的被子好硬。不舒服。另外我也聽從了酒店阿姨的建議，睡前泡了一包酸棗仁的助眠茶，效果是有的。整晚深睡眠。洗髮水的效果讓我有驚喜，很不錯。不澀，不幹，也不癢。整體非常滿意，下次還會選擇，

房間乾淨整潔，晚上入住服務員送了牛奶還有熱茶，床上兩個毛巾疊的小兔子很可愛，交通也很便利，離高鐵站就10分鐘車程，總體很滿意。

在網上看了説是重新裝修了一下，所以來試一下。還真不錯。房間地毯 洗漱用品，還有床上用品都換新了。睡着確實挺舒服的。

定了兩天，沒到退房時間，離退房還有一個半小時就開始催退房，影響休息。還威脅超時要扣費。態度語氣讓人不舒服。房間吹風機也沒找到。房間部分燈具不亮，應該是已損壞也沒人檢修，酒店送餐服務也是擺設，餐點打電話訂餐，要一個半小時才能送。攜程訂的酒店還要額外交按金。服務和邵陽市300多的房費不太匹配。另外前台工作人員服務態度有待提高。

前台小姐姐服務非常好，主動，熱情，親和力強，房間佈局，合理、乾淨，無異味、床品很舒服，淋浴出水也很快，免費早餐 停車都有，房間乾淨入住首選值得推薦。 就是這次入住的時候，旁邊住客晚上太鬧騰了，影響休息了。

我覺得很搞笑，晚上到酒店的時候，在衹有我一個人辦理的情況下，兩位前台不立刻幫我辦入住，反而在聊什麼，全程講邵陽話當我聽不懂似的，非要我用邵陽話問可以幫我辦了嗎？那麼冷漠跟我欠你什麼似的，回房間問有沒有充電線，也沒有。我覺得很有意思，住過那麼多次酒店我不信酒店沒有配備充電線，要我在房間用那種付費且還是那種充的非常慢的線，床上有頭髮還有黑點我就先不談了，本來就是大晚上十一二點來的，我衹想睡覺，隔音效果也很差，導致我今天早上很早就退房，結果前台連一個人都沒有？？？等了幾分鐘喊的別的部門的人把前台叫了過來，可能去裏面休息了吧，你們休息可以輪崗休，前台至少得有一位在崗吧，這樣不也是耽誤客人的時間嗎？真的處處踩雷體驗感極差
