不足情況：1、每日有3次突然停電，1秒時間後來電。2、衞生間臭味很濃，排風扇無法排除。3、淋浴水温正好合適洗澡，水温不能再提高。滿意情況：1、空調温度夠。2、房間空間足夠，有茶几與一對椅子。3、床上衞生乾淨。

房間紙巾沒有，問了前台説是用廁所裏的那個，我也是沒話説了；房間沒有鏡子，要用衹能去看衞生間的衹能照上半身的；房間總體比較破舊了，被子也是破了比較多的洞，牙刷那些檔次不是一般的差，沐浴露個洗髮露是那種裝在一起的，我是不敢用，跑商店自己買了，説是以後要裝修；不管怎樣花一百二十多的價格，住這樣的房間，我是不會再住。要麼多花個十三塊去莫林風酒店還有豐富的早餐，要麼花70住旁邊的芙蓉賓館，都比這強。

花酒是漏水的，毛巾掛件是生銹的，木地板是爛的，連個浴帽都沒有配的，床單有破洞的，極其簡陋

第一次住五彩今天連鎖酒店衞生這麼差，在平台上訂房沒看房辦理入住後，發現房間很小，衞生很差，要求退房，在平台重新訂，不同意，讓我在酒店加錢升級房間，那升級的房間比平台貴幾十塊，不能退訂在重新平台下單，很糟心的住宿。
