The executive courtyard room we stayed in was also built by the lake. It is antique and very elegant. Sitting in the room in the afternoon and looking at the beautiful scenery outside the courtyard, the mood will also become better. Finally, the most praiseworthy thing is the service. First of all, our housekeeper Miss Rourou is really beautiful and sweet. She called to confirm our itinerary, number of people and housing needs the day before the trip, and arranged the room for us early in the morning. We checked in directly as soon as we arrived, and also sorted out the travel guide for our convenience. When they learned that there were three of us traveling, they were very considerate to help us add a breakfast, and also arranged welcome fruits and daily evening snacks. They arranged everything for us every day during our stay, and gave us souvenirs when we left. They really thought of everything and were meticulous. For example, the service sister in the executive lounge specially sent afternoon tea to our room in order to facilitate us to experience the characteristics of the hotel, and also gave us a tea and snack platter, which was simply amazing. There is also a restaurant. Not only is the breakfast variety diverse, but the waitress also brings special services every day, sending blessing local eggs and preparing small bookmarks with hidden poems for each guest. Although it is a small move, the hotel is willing to spend time and effort, which really warms our hearts. In general, Xianheng Hotel gave me the most perfect holiday experience in all aspects. It is also one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in that can integrate the hotel with local food and humanities. I must choose Xianheng Hotel when I come to Shaoxing in the future!
