We took advantage of this ”May 1st” holiday and came on a walk-and-go trip. With the mood of gamble, we chose Shaoxing Mountain Villa. We did not expect to be the first group of guests of Ctrip. The villa is pleasantly surprised, it is a real ”Chinese style” villa. The quaint buildings, Chinese solid wood furniture, bonsai in the courtyard, rockery, small bridges and flowing water all reflect the exquisite elegance and interest. The owner, wife and son of the villa are warm and hospitable, and the service staff are courteous and attentive. We feel at home, feel comfortable and happy. The villa is located in Taoyuan Ecological Park, and there is also a reservoir park nearby where you can stop and wander. I will choose to stay next time I have the opportunity.

The service of the hotel is very good. The elevator entrance on the floor was a bit far away from our room when I checked in. My 94-year-old father was a bit unable to walk, so the hotel staff took the initiative to bring in a wheelchair. After I left the store, I forgot a water glass, and the hotel called to inform me and help me keep it. Check-in and check-out procedures are very short. The breakfast food delivered is rich in content, and the attitude of the staff is good. The rooms are spacious and sanitary. It is a very cost-effective hotel. Will stay here next time.

經常出差上虞，第一次在城西訂到這麼高性價比的賓館，本來是抱着體驗下的態度訂的這家新開的店，果然沒讓我失望。前台服務也很好，免費跟我升級了房間，位置好找，可以免費停車，新店衞生就更不用説了，原先還以為新開的店房間會有氣味，結果也還很好沒什麼氣味。

Super satisfying journey, clean room, good lighting, and the front desk staff were very polite as soon as they walked in, and the check-in speed was fast. In particular, I would like to praise Yang Yecheng. The service is super good because I have a lot of rooms. He can arrange the rooms reasonably and is very professional. Later, he also actively asked if I need an invoice and sent it to my mailbox. One person's service can bring intangible benefits to this hotel, and I will look for him next time.

The room is very spacious, the sanitary facilities are convenient and practical, and the service is warm and thoughtful, especially for personal reasons. I took the initiative to explain the situation to the store and propose compensation. But the front desk lady repeatedly said that it is not too polite, it really makes people feel a warmth. Give guests the feeling of going home, such a service and such an attitude are really moving 👍👍👍

Environment: The key point is that the environment is particularly good. I live in Erxuan. I open the window and see the red plums that are waiting for release. Especially the room has a balcony. In my spare time, I can sit and chat and drink tea. I smell the fragrance of flowers and feel refreshed!

GGerriLovely hotel located next to most popular old town street, Cangqiao Street. Also back of hotel is the labyrinth of lovely old waterways. It is set back from main street thru a narrow lane that car cannot access. However is a short lane where you can walk in easily. Or you can call up hotel to pick you up in their golf cart infront of Kong Yi Ji Restuarant on Cangqiao Street (only 5mins away).
Breakfast spread is sufficient and delicious.
Love my hotel room which is large with modern gadgets.
I like to thank this hotel's front desk staff (sorry didnt get her name) who helped me in her off duty time at the side of the hot main street trying to solve my prebooked taxi to Ningbo. The didi rid hailing driver somehow went to wrong pickup address and refuse to budge which eventually i have to cancel it. This wonderful young lady used her mobile app to book my ride cos my app just can't work anymore.
A note on the didi linked to Alipay or wechat, very frustrating experience for a foreigner. It will work fine initially then later keep asking for a new credit card input to proceed. Does not work with the new credit card too. Do setup other rid hailing app. besides didi.
My Ningbo taxi driver said to call this taxi phone no. 95128 in china (standard no. used in whole of china) to get a taxi, but i have yet to try it out.

The lobby decoration style is very good, the room is clean and tidy, the disposable toiletries are very useful, the bedding is very comfortable, and the breakfast has many types and is complete, and it is delicious. Zzlf151First of all, the room is quite big, but the toilet has a bad smell, and it stinks if the door is not closed. Secondly, it is inconvenient to go to Cool Play Kingdom from the hotel. It is still a bit far to walk there. The experience of Cool Play Kingdom is average, so there is no need to go there specially. The hotel is close to Mountain Kingdom. It is okay to go to Mountain Kingdom on rainy days. The hotel can buy a two-day ticket, which costs 180 for adults and 90 for children. As for food and beverage, there is a tea restaurant in the hotel lobby, which is poor. Pineapple buns and wind claws are out of stock. The price in Mountain Kingdom is a bit expensive, a bowl of wontons is 22, three steamed buns are 20, and even the waiter keeps saying don't order buns, they are very small. In summary, there is no need to come specially, or there is no need to stay. Several parks are quite small, and you can leave after playing on the same day.

GGuest UserThe hotel environment is OK, the 16th floor and above are rented out to do business, especially at night parking and shopping malls are messy and crowded, the elevator is difficult to wait, the experience is a bit poor, the standard 4-star hotel is very stingy, shower cap wash bag There is nothing, The paper drawing specifications are small and the tissue box is not in line with the paper towel box.

GGuest UserGot there around CNY eve, so things were a bit on the quiet side. Parking was a bit chaotic at first with cars parked all along the entrance, it was not clear where to park until I went inside and asked. Check in was quick and to my pleasent surprise the checkin agent Gary spoke English very well. He was extemely helpful and and accomodating. He even explained that breakfast would be included because of CNY. The hotel was very clean, room was clean. The hotel is at a very good location, central to many important areas in Shaoxing. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. Check out was simple and the overnight parking fee was taken care by the hotel. Overall, the hotel has the quality, look and feel that you would expect from a Holiday Inn brand hotel. Would definitely recommend and will rebook in the future. Many families with kids too. Please note if traveling around CNY, certain restaurants etc may be closed for the holiday.

The software is basically not bad, sent a day of breakfast, every night there is mung bean soup white fungus, the basic service is good.
The traffic is more convenient, Shaoxing North Station is convenient for public transportation, and the bus station is downstairs, and it is convenient to buy things.
However, the front desk is not familiar with the train station line in the district, which is a bit unexpected. It is recommended to add more training in the future.
Overall satisfactory.
I think the Super 8 is good.

GGabor87The hotel staff didn't speak any English at all, but they were quite helpful. The room itself wasn't cleaned and there was clearly visible dirt on the carpet, we also got used, dirty and smelly hotel slippers - I asked the staff by using translator to replace it and clean our room because it wasn't cleaned, the promised to do this. They changed our slippers to new ones but the carpet wasn't vacuumed properly again. Apart from that it was fine. Breakfast was nice, rooms are spacious. The check-in and check-out procedure is time consuming because the staff doesn't know English and their procedures are aged - they copied my whole passport with all the previous trips to China and produced a lot of paper in the process for no reason. The check-out was done and we were asked to wait (to check if we used mini bar or something), but no one told us afterwards we can go so we waited for 5 minutes for no reason, I finally asked if we can go and only then the receptionist said yes xD
