Hotels in Shaoxingbei Railway Station, Shaoxing

I've stayed in Citadines in France before. But it was first time staying this hotel in China. Except there were no stove and cooking tools, other things were great as expected. I especially loved the strong shower and was impressed by the staff named Herman who was very kind to call a taxi for me. I'll definately stay here again.

The service of this hotel is really good. I was going to copy the words and give a five-star review, but the hotel kept urging me to give a five-star review, which was speechless. Then I will seriously give a truthful and objective review. (The good reviews are not urged, asking for good reviews is very offensive, and improving customer experience is the key). But considering the good service, I will give you a five-star review, and don't bother me to delete the review later. The service of this hotel is really invincible. To be honest, whether it is the front desk or the cleaning lady, the service is really super good. This is the best service of all the five-star hotels I have stayed in Keqiao, but except for the service, the other experiences are too bad. I used to stay in Tianma, and since last year, I have basically stayed in Wyndham. This hotel opened in 23 years. For such a new hotel, why are the room decoration and facilities so old? They are basically the decoration style and facilities from 15 years ago. The bed is not comfortable. I didn’t sleep well all night. I wanted to try this hotel, and decisively changed to Wyndham the next day. 1. Service: It's really super good, much better than Wyndham, and even comparable to Marriott and Hilton. The front desk staff, Xiao Meng and Xiao Zhao, are super nice. They upgraded me to a large room for free. 2. Facilities: Except for the large room and cheap price (I finally know why it's cheap), nothing else is good. It's really too old, and it feels like a hotel more than ten years ago. This is the first time I've seen wallpaper in a five-star hotel. The others are wall cloths and background boards. If it doesn't work, you can just whitewash it like Wyndham. The wallpaper is really cliché. 3. Bedding: The pillow is duck down pillow. Although it's not goose down, it's not bad (it's strange that there is no five-star hotel in Keqiao with goose down pillows). The mattress is really too hard. I don't like Xilinmen very much. The one I use at home is King Koil, which is soft. I don't like hard mattresses. It may be my personal reason. Friends who like hard beds should like this one very much. 4. Bathroom: The basin toilet is Braun, and the shower is Grohe. They are all big brands with a large amount of water, which is very good. 5. Breakfast: Not to mention that there are too few varieties, it's super unpalatable. But overall, the price is not expensive and it is quite reasonable. Let me say again that although the hotel is very low-end, the service is really good. I will give it five stars so as not to lower your total score.

Well located for Indian travelers as it is close to the Indian restaurants but the hotel has now become old although some rooms have been renovated but some are still the same old ones so if you are lucky to get the new renovated rooms then your stay experience should be good but if you get the old ones then your experience will be nothing but average.also found a cockroach in my room on the day when I was suppose to leave which means that they need to work on their cleanliness.

This hotel is one of my top choices in Shaoxing. The property is nearly brand new, and my wife and I stayed here for three nights during a business trip. It was a wonderful experience, and here’s our detailed review: We stayed on the 51st executive floor, specifically in room 5128, which offered a stunning lake view and an impressively spacious layout. The room featured a proper bathtub, his-and-hers sinks, and a separate section for the shower and toilet, divided by transparent glass partitions. However, the lack of privacy in this setup could be uncomfortable if you’re sharing the room with a colleague or business associate. Since I was traveling with my wife, this wasn’t an issue for us. Service: 9/10 Although most of the staff didn’t speak or understand English, they made a genuine effort to ensure guests were happy. Language barriers in China are common, but using a translator app helped us navigate communication seamlessly. Night shift front desk manager Lynn was very helpful and spoke English properly. She also recommended Cleanliness: 10/10 The housekeeping team was highly attentive and thorough, keeping the room spotless throughout our stay. Breakfast: 9/10 Breakfast was served at the Manhattan Restaurant on the 45th floor, offering stunning views. The buffet featured a great mix of Western and Oriental dishes, including a wide variety of cheeses, croissants, a self-serve ground coffee machine, fresh fruits, and a selection of dumplings. Location: 7/10 The hotel is about 20 minutes from Shaoxing North Railway Station, which was convenient for us. However, the immediate surroundings don’t offer much— the nearest convenience store is about a 8-10 minute walk. We used DiDi for all our trips, so this wasn’t a major issue. For shopping or dining, Wanda Plaza Mall is about 12 minutes away by car, offering a variety of restaurants, including McDonald’s, KFC, and Starbucks. We highly recommend trying Green Tea, a local restaurant on the mall’s third floor, for delicious food at reasonable prices. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Shaoxing.

New hotel, right in mid of market but still very quite. A lot of eating options around - value for money.

Everything was perfect. The staff were friendly and nice, and did everything necessary to make our stay as fuss free and comfortable as possible. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a good amount of variety. We loved the kids playground with the trampoline and slide and ball pool! Great place, and I’ll definitely come back here if in Shaoxing Keqiao. Thank you!

Super satisfied. The location is very good. There are many restaurants nearby. If you don’t like spicy food, I recommend New Bailu. The hotel lobby is just a minute away. It’s very convenient. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable, and the price is very reasonable. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I come. Laundry is also very convenient, there is a washer and dryer. Although the restaurant is small, the food in the small restaurant tastes great. It's just a few minutes away from the subway station, so it's very convenient to go to Hangzhou.

There are two major problems. 1. There is a large boiler room under the building on the side near the gymnasium. There is always a lot of low-frequency noise. People with poor sleep should choose carefully. 2. The air conditioner is on the wall and blows towards the bed. Others are good or bad. There is also a small problem. The TV in our room is just for decoration and cannot be connected to the Internet (no one watches TV now anyway, so it doesn't matter)

Had a really comfortable stay at this hotel. Staff were very nice and friendly, room was spotless. Plenty of plug sockets and just super comfortable. The pillows were the best I've had in a while. Very happy stay. I had breakfast included but managed to miss it everyday of my stay so can't comment on that. For a Muslim traveller, plenty of halal options literally across the road
