The room, a typical business-style Hyatt Place, had great facilities. The pull-out sofa was a nice feature, and the room was spotlessly clean. The hotel's interior design is well-executed, incorporating many textile elements characteristic of Keqiao's local culture. However, one side of the hotel is unfortunately blocked by several rows of high-rise buildings, which severely limits the view. The hotel is conveniently located near the Keyan Scenic Area. We purchased a hotel package that offered excellent value for money. Overall, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Finally, a special shout-out to the restaurant staff; their service was truly outstanding.

I drove from Shanghai to Shaoxing during the Qingming Festival and stayed at Yudeshui Hotel for two nights. The hotel's buffet breakfast was good with rich variety, which was a good thing. The downside is that the hotel is old and needs to be renovated. The lock of the room I stayed in was broken.

When I had some stomach pain, the brown sugar ginger tea sent by the hotel warmed my heart. Each mouthful is full of warmth and sweetness, not only dispelling the physical discomfort, but also let me feel the delicate and attentiveness of the hotel service. Throughout my stay, whether it was the warm reception at the front desk or the thoughtful and meticulous room service, I felt the persistent pursuit of service quality by the hotel staff. They always showed up in time when I needed it, solving problems for me with smiles and actions.   Besides, the hotel's breakfast service thought that the room delivery was just ”convenient”, but I didn't expect to be taken care of so thoughtfully, even breakfast was eaten out of the warmth of ”going home to eat”. I communicated with the front desk in advance about breakfast time and preferences (I mentioned a hot millet porridge), and the doorbell rang on time at 7 o'clock the next morning. The waiter whispered ”your breakfast is here”, and when the door was opened, there was a warm tray in his hand, and the heat insulation towel was intimately cushioned. The details were all in step. The moment I opened the lunch box, I was cured: the freshly cooked millet porridge was thick and sweet, and the rice grains were almost melted in the soup. It was a slow fire. The shrimp pastry is thin and bright, and the sweet gravy ”zip” comes out in an instant, with ginger vinegar to relieve greasy; the fried eggs are flown, the yolks are slightly quivering, and the edges are crisp but not bitter; there are freshly baked glorified outer and soft, with iced milk just to balance the taste. The whole service did not have a perfunctory ”check-in”: the waiter will remind ”porridge is a bit hot, be careful to burn the mouth” after putting down the lunch box, see me looking for the tableware, and add a ”if you need to add a spoon or paper towel, call the internal phone immediately”; When cleaning up the empty plate, it was light and light, and even the tablecloth helped to smooth it out. Originally thought that ”just eat some breakfast in the room”, but this meal was more satisfying than the hotel restaurant. Every detail is meticulously thought out. The owner is welcoming and attentive, and the location is convenient, within walking distance of the Keyan Scenic Area entrance, offering excellent privacy. Perfect for a couple's getaway or a moment of solitude – the value and aesthetics are both excellent, making it a worthwhile trip.

It is definitely top-notch among Keqiao e-sports hotels! Hygiene: five stars! All sanitary corners are cleaned cleanly, there is no hair, and the toilet is polished to a shiny finish. It is very safe to live here! Environment: five stars! There are many places to eat in the surroundings, not far from Blue Sky Plaza, and next to Guazhu Lake. Taking a walk after dinner has a unique flavor, and all supporting facilities are available! Service: five stars! All the staff provide very good service. Everyone smiles and says hello when they see you. It gives people the feeling of a five-star hotel and a great experience! It's a great e-sports hotel. The room is quite good, the hygiene is relatively clean, and overall it is quite satisfactory. Just beside the ancient town, there are laundry rooms, gyms, washing machines and dryers.

When checking out, they also gave me a souvenir with local characteristics, which is very thoughtful. Small suggestion: There are not many types of breakfast, but they all taste good. The only drawback is that some snacks were taken away, so I didn't taste them. It is recommended that the breakfast should be more fully stocked.
