Shaoxing Keqiao Town Hotels

It was a very pleasant stay, the apartments have everything that comes with all amenities that could be needed in a trip, I suggest staying here for a long period of time, especially for business trips. Apartments come with bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen, and a few steps away the are shops and restaurants, so it is better to eat outside than taking the hotel breakfast, even tho, the breakfast fast in the hotel is very good, food is well prepared and there is good variety, especially fruits I loved the dragon fruits. Rooms need to be renovated and breakfast needs to have more variety. Staff at front desk do not understand english and hard time to make them understand for every matter

Nice hotel, conveniently located near the lake with lots of restaurants nearby with bery spacipus rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, early service was not so good. The coffee machine seem not to have electricity before 8 am and the early breakfast we had ordered was not ready on time. Staff on duty were there friendly and tried to help, but it didn’t work out on time unfortunately.

Facilities: The facilities in the hotel room are a bit dated, but it's not a major issue and didn't affect our stay. Service: This hotel offers excellent service. From the moment you step in, the staff's politeness and service towards guests are evident. During check-in, they gave our child a small toy bag, and at check-out, they thoughtfully gave us a box of mooncakes. Although these are small gestures, they show how much the hotel staff cares about their guests' experience.

They upgraded our room during check-in, which was a nice touch! Right after checking in, they immediately gave us a welcome gift. Upon closer inspection, it was all snacks from Sam's Club. Whoever curated that selection deserves a raise! The room itself was very new. Since we were on the executive floor, we had breakfast on the 45th floor, which helped us avoid the huge crowds downstairs. Checking out was also quick and easy; we just had to deal with the staff on the 45th floor. Overall, I thought it was a great experience.

fantastic stay! The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly. The only downside was the limited breakfast options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your next traveling.

Facilities: It's an old hotel that's been around for a long time, so the facilities are quite outdated. The air conditioning unit was a twist-knob style, which I'd never seen before and found quite novel. Luckily, the AC cooling effect was still very good. Cleanliness: It looked alright, but it was very humid. The sheets and blankets felt damp, and there was a musty smell when sleeping at night. Environment: The hotel is right next to the fabric market, which is very convenient. Service: The front desk staff were very nice and friendly. However, the cleaning lady kept rushing us. We already had our luggage and were about to leave. Just before I used the restroom one last time, she started knocking to come in and clean. As soon as I finished, she knocked again wanting to come in, and then just swiped her card and let herself in. Couldn't she wait even a minute? It was truly speechless; she made us so flustered that I almost forgot my phone and had to go back for it.

Our family came to Shaoxing for skiing during the National Day holiday, and the hotel isn't far from the ski resort. We stayed for three nights straight. I rarely actively think about reviewing a hotel, but I have to say our stay was incredibly comfortable. Both the hardware facilities and the soft services are commendable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the sofa in the room can also be converted into a bed. The breakfast was also excellent for a hotel in this price range. On our last day, during the busy National Day period, they even allowed us a late check-out, which let us rest up a bit after coming back from the ski resort on our final day, making our trip to Shaoxing truly perfect. Next time we come to Shaoxing for skiing, we'll definitely choose the Hyatt Place again!

Everything was perfect. The staff were friendly and nice, and did everything necessary to make our stay as fuss free and comfortable as possible. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a good amount of variety. We loved the kids playground with the trampoline and slide and ball pool! Great place, and I’ll definitely come back here if in Shaoxing Keqiao. Thank you!
