I've never slept there before. A hotel that costs 2,000 yuan a night has pillows and mattresses like this; For breakfast the next day, there wasn’t a lot of food, and it didn’t match the 2,000 yuan room charge. The boss would scold her if she took the plate. I thought to myself that the service was not bad, so I said: Huh? Where do I want to move. The waiter said you want to change seats, right? Then you can move it... I was speechless. She thought I wanted to help her clear the table. Normally a hotel waiter at this price would say that I would help you move it too. At 2,000 yuan a night, I have never stayed in a hotel with this kind of service. The hardware has kept up, but the software, this person, and the service are the worst in the world. I have never been so disappointed.

The hotel is newly opened, but the service cannot keep up. The front desk said that breakfast is available at 11 o'clock, but it is actually not available at 10:30. The service staff also lacks a solution attitude.

前台小姐姐免費給了房間升級，還很貼心的帶領到房間，下午有甜湯還有甜品。房間硬件設施超棒 ，洗護用的是帕爾馬，牙膏marvis ，還備有棉柔巾，吹風機是戴森，選品都很在線。酒店早餐是點單形式，雖然品種不多，但是都很精緻口味很可以。臨走時還送了紀念品 香薰 黃酒還有一衹大鵝玩偶，很棒的入住體驗。
