我在這個酒店住了一共4天，都是通過攜程預訂的，從福建到柯橋是國慶假期，主要是為了參加婚宴。一號入住第二天右腳就出現像蚊蟲叮咬的顆粒，越撓越癢，當時心想可能是被蚊子咬了，也沒在意就出發去參加喜宴了，接連兩天都去參加喜宴了，回來都挺晚，發現床單被套也沒換，衹是房間整理了一下。4號早上，左腳出現了同樣的情況，我就打了前台電話讓客房經理到房間（微信叫簡單的幸福），先是表明我出現的不適，再反應衞生情況。這個客房經理説他們酒店培訓要求是三天更換床上用品，我説哪有酒店規定會是三天，而且我已經超過三天了也沒給我更換啊，難道説是第四天更換？然後她説你可以要求客房服務員換😅我的不適可以去醫院檢查一下，她也十分擔心我的身體情況。我反覆強調説這絕對不是蚊子叮咬的，她一直都在推卸責任，意思是我可以先去看，他們有檢測報告的，不可能有什麼蟎蟲的。後來我醫院回來説是蟲咬性尋麻疹（丘疹性蕁麻疹），這個客房經理説葯品給我報銷了，然後我也出現這種情況了，我也不適合在這住了，擔心我的身體情況不允許，但是他們還是很歡迎我繼續住的，説的話前後矛盾，過程中沒有任何歉意和解決方案…後來我要求直接和她的所謂領導溝通，她説她領導就是老闆，出去玩去了，我説國慶後會回來吧，她説那可不一定。在很無奈的情況下聯繫了攜程客服，通過攜程的溝通換了前廳經理跟我聯繫，有致歉，態度是好了很多，4號到5號的房費給我免了，為了不讓我狀況不再出現給我訂了隔壁酒店，讓我先休息，後續第二天給我一個答覆。滑稽可笑的是第二天畫風就變了，依然是推諉扯皮…我衹能説，葯費我不用你們報銷，通過我的評論可以讓更多的人瞭解這家酒店，慎重避雷！！！

酒店在一個破破的商務樓裏，樓下是餐廳啥的，地理位置不錯，附近好多商店，核酸點也有。進到房間裏，房間不錯，蠻大的，佈局啥的都挺合理，廁所洗澡間都是獨立分開的。但是空調可能是新開的，冷氣太足了，一檔風25度，都能半夜把我冷醒。然後晚上還看到了一個小蟲從被子上爬過，把我嚇的跳起來，後來一晚上就渾身發癢🤣。第二天下午回來的時候，廁所還有點返味，臭臭的。早上的早餐無功無過，麪挺好吃的。希望後面酒店可以在衞生方面更加用心注意。
