設施：電視看不了，試了幾次，一直是下圖這個樣子。完全沒有隔音，周圍有什麼動靜都一清二楚，房間裏一直有不知道哪裡來的聲音。還好晚上魯鎮很安靜。
衞生：湊合，不能細看。
環境：魯鎮中間，離大劇院很近。魯鎮不大，去哪兒都方便。
服務：很好，可以停車場接送。入住酒店，柯巖門票+畫舫40元，社戲60元可以選座，很便宜了。

房間在柯巖風景區古鎮上，周圍風景特別漂亮，拍照很出片，晚上古鎮舞台上還可以看到有人唱戲。樓下是老闆開的飯店，樓上是房間。房間空間非常大，裝飾非常古風，整個古鎮都是“老房子新裝修”，每塊磚都有年代感。

因為鑒湖音樂節而訂的（離活動區域算是很近、很方便的），特別喜歡這種江南古典小院風格，裝潢古樸舒適。老闆人特別好，服務很周到很好説話，因為民宿衹有樓梯，所以行李重的話老闆會幫忙搬，也會開接駁車接送到景區門口。

接送服務：老闆非常熱情，提前致電詢問抵達時間，一到停車場老闆就開接駁車接我們去酒店，看我們行李多還帶着狗狗，主動幫我們拿行李
優惠 : 憑酒店房卡去遊客服務中心40元既可購買鑒湖門票含畫舫遊船票，80元就能聽魯戲啦~比點評划算很多，服務中心就在鑒湖景區入口對面，買票也很方便。
環境：民宿在魯鎮主街上，庭院是古韻猶存的感覺。整個魯鎮是以魯迅為核心，新建的文創街，好吃好逛，從特色美食到肯德基星巴克應有盡有。
衞生和設施：房間非常的乾淨，也很温馨，美中不足的就是空調開起來聲音有點大，睡眠不好的人可能會有點影響（不過前台有提供耳塞），還有就是我們房間的花灑架子鬆了還沒來得及修好（不過還有頭頂上一個方形花灑可以用），衹要不是特別講究的朋友都能接受，畢竟在景區內，有這種環境，還是這個價位已經很實惠了。以後來玩還會再住。
