酒店地理位置很有優勢，工作人員很熱情，一邊帶我們去後門口入安昌古鎮，一邊提醒我們小心打滑。前台也很熱情。可惜河道維修。

酒店環境很好，後門通往景區非常方便！如果不想多走路帶着長者純度假式休閑遊的話，這家酒店非常適合！因為是淡季，入住人少，早餐是搭配好了送到房間的，避免自助餐的浪費和不新鮮，這點非常人性化，中餐晚餐也都在酒店吃的，菜也做的很合胃口，關鍵不是很鹹鮮，大廚據説是廣東菜系的，所以清蒸石斑魚特別美味！就是結賬時也沒提醒大眾點評有優惠劵這點不是很舒服，其餘都很滿意！還希望在細節上能加強一下！

住店感受，兩個第一次，第一次享受早餐送到房間，牛奶，豆漿，炒米線，皮蛋瘦肉粥。第一次入住衞生條件可以用一塵不染形容的房間。

庭院式酒店，心頭愛。房間寬敞，衞生條件好！服務一流。位置就在古鎮入口。酒店環境不錯👍 晚上出行古鎮很方便，景色宜人。

五一前往安昌古鎮，選擇入住古鎮的開元觀堂，因為有四人間，方便家人一起帶娃，寶寶兩間房間跑來跑去也比較熱鬧。五一期間的古鎮真的是人滿為患，但衹要一進入酒店就非常清凈，像兩個世界。酒店有個直通酒店的入口，非常方便。
值得一提的是，酒店自帶的餐飲部味道不錯，而且也很乾凈整潔，跟古鎮的餐飲形成鮮明反差，因此兩晚都是在酒店就餐，不僅提供包廂服務，態度也很熱情。酒店主打粵菜和本地菜，聽餐飲部人員的口音感覺都是廣東人，所以粵菜味道可圈可點。
整體的入住感覺還是不錯的，如果能有小童樂園的話，感覺就會更好了。

總體來説還行，挺乾淨服務也挺好，就是主樓的房間都訂完了，衹有別墅的房間，性價比不是特別高，有點貴。房間還是挺大的，也很乾凈，早餐品種稍微有點少。中控的燈稍微有點不太靈也不知道是不是唯一的bug被我遇見了，大晚上挺嚇人的，也不太方便打電話。還有個問題就是浴室小化粧鏡下面按鈕一直不知道是幹啥的😀。如果定一般房間應該性價比挺高，畢竟就在景區裏。還有一個問題通往景區的門就這麼敞開，也不用刷卡啥的，噱微有點沒有安全感。

房間很吵！一點都不隔音，路過人、一晚上外面的車聲、房間的空調、早上4.5點的鳥叫！住一晚真的要崩潰！！！！前台開錯房就算了，打電話問房間有水聲很吵，晚上會不會吵。前台沒問清楚什麼聲音怎麼回事，直接説：如果吵得話都是外面路上的，不是酒店吵的。啥意思？還分酒店自己產生的噪音和外面噪音？！無語！房子隔音差的要死！聲臨其境！！！吃早餐有人從旁邊走過動靜大一點感覺樓板都在抖。
隔壁沐足千萬別去，整個付費被捏肉，根本不是按摩。問了住客有沒有折扣，工作人員説沒有，跟酒店不是一起的！結果房間有折扣券。總結很垃圾的酒店
