環境很不錯，很温馨舒適的，房間比圖片還要.漂亮，衞生很乾凈 廚房用品一應俱全，位置不用説真的，離我們路線好近~（魯迅故里、倉橋直街、書聖故里）一天就玩好了.周邊還有好多好吃的，很不錯的民宿，值得推薦

五一價格翻兩倍！定位顯示在城市廣場地鐵站口，結果真實房源在一個很偏僻的老破小裏，本來是圖地理位置在市中心方便，結果在一個偏僻的犄角旮旯，非常難找，一整個無語住了，簡直就是買家秀和賣家秀。最氣的是住完第二天，渾身就起滿小紅疹子了，我皮膚比較敏感容易蟎蟲過敏，一般床上用品不乾淨就會這樣，嚴重懷疑這家民宿的床上用品根本就沒有更換，上一批客人睡完，下一個客人接着睡的。整體來説體驗感非常差。

這是我攜程上訂的最差的一次名宿了，本來設施破舊臟也就算了，想着也就睡一夜不計較了，誰知道半夜1點開始KTV唱歌嗨的不得了，和管家聯繫搞了一個多小時，半夜睡不好覺，出門旅遊睡眠很重要，雖然離市區很近但是這裏環境真的太差了，訂這房間的要考慮清楚了

基礎設施和整個裝修風格都很在線，一看就是用了心的，優點是他這個房間的氛圍感，價格以及它的設備設施，那也不是沒有缺點，缺點是底下ktv晚上睡覺可能會有一丟丟吵，當然無礙嗜睡星人除外。但是也有耳塞，整個都挺棒的。客服態度也很nice，有問必答，注意事項也説的很明白。如果他的價格是300，我衹會覺得一般，價格是兩百，我覺得還不錯。但是兩百不到，我衹想説還要什麼自行車？

樓下還是樓上是個KTV（是那種KTV大家應該懂）然後晚上特別特別吵，第二天換了一個地方住，結果就在偏僻老社區裏，晚上女孩子不介意出門，感覺路上都沒人的特別可怕，特別是第二天凌晨起來想上廁所，結果打開房門一看全是蟲子，不光光是房間門前還有廁所裏，也都是蟲子，嚇**了，第二天一大早趕快走人，由於照片太過於噁心，就不發給大家看了，有條件的話，不建議大家住

店主跟客服態度都很好，反饋問題處理也很積極，但是這個房間我真的沒辦法不給差評，剛入住衞生間就有半衹死蟑螂跟蟑螂腿，半夜蟑螂成羣結隊的從衞生間那個門框底下縫隙裏爬出來，我都驚呆了，衹能用紙巾把縫塞上，第二晚還是不知道從哪裡跑出來一衹，第一晚跟客服説衞生沒打掃好，客服第二天讓阿姨給我們重新打掃，出門前還特地跟阿姨説房間有蜘蛛網，幫我們弄一下，結果回來還是一模一樣，價格確實不貴，所以設施老舊可以理解，但是基礎衞生真的太差了，真的很臟，阿姨打掃也不用心

原來訂的房間樓下是ktv，隔音很差，打開還有股味，忍不了聯繫管家換房了，換了地方之後的房間還行，就是耽誤時間精力，建議有條件還是訂別的地方的
