Beautifully located about 1.7km from city center at a quiet residential area which is very peaceful and serene next to a river. It's easily access by online taxi booking.
We love the awards winning Southen Song Dynasty design of the property , however we noticed that the management didn't really put in efforts to upkeep the place.
We stayed in the garden room on the ground floor which we have access to the Riverside garden. It's a shame that the garden are not maintained and the furniture in the garden are not clean to tho use.
I'm sorry to say that staffs attitude are pretty standard or below, not warm nor cold , didn't make the guests feel welcomed.

衝著民宿的禪意裝修風格和王澍老師的設計去的，真的是藏（cang）在鑒湖旁的宋韻精品民宿，一磚一瓦，一器一物都透露濃厚的文化氣息，質樸又不張揚。民宿挺大設施也很完善，酒館、事茶書院、餐廳、會客廳。聽管家説還經常舉辦文化藝術展會、團建和婚禮。出門不遠就是魯迅故里與倉橋直街，管家也非常的熱情，幫忙解答各種問題也非常細緻耐心，房間內還帶一個花園庭院，真是是一次不錯的入住體驗。

幾乎沒有差評過，一般小問題都會忽略不計，第一次住一個酒店那麼生氣，第一天住的其他連鎖的，價格便宜一些，但是環境比這好太多太多，再一次這個地方巨難找，每天打車來接的師傅和送的師傅都會説，怎麼住這麼偏僻的地方，周圍什麼都沒有，環境又差，價格卻和景區的一樣，本來定的兩晚，當天就要求退一晚，第二天換到景區裏，價格差不多簡直好太多，又破又舊都忍了，第二天一早上就開始拉桌子聲音吵得睡不着，發消息問就説對，有活動，你有活動就要影響客人睡眠嗎？看着像要倒閉一樣的店，勸大家謹慎選擇，裏面真的很舊很舊很舊

非常滿意，管家會出來幫拿行李 人也很和善 做到了賓至如歸， 就是打掃衞生的阿姨有點太熱情了點， 是很樸實那種， 喜歡有些距離感的 要提前説明下… 最後離店的時候 還送了伴手禮

房間真的很舒服，我平時在外出行覺都是很難睡的，在這裏真的很好睡！！床墊、枕頭、被子都很舒服，住的湖景房，私密性很好，可以看到湖面，但是外面被樹木稀疏的圍着，很有安全感。我們是不到中午就到了，有行李寄存服務，前台小哥哥超級好，過來安排了地方，讓我們先化粧，房間收拾好又幫我們把行李拿上房間，而且有跟我們講在本地遇到任何事情都可以找他們的，假如遇到壞人隨時發訊息～有被温暖到。早餐都是送到房間裏的，超級貼心，有被照顧得很好的感覺，説實話這個天來紹興真的很熱，而且紹興菜不怎麼符合我的胃口，對一個地方想要來再次遊玩居然是因為一間民宿！！我實在是沒想到噠，中國人不騙中國人！！但是大家要記得哦，民宿是有晚上的一個門禁時間的，晚上12:00以後的外賣就需要自己去樓下拿一下嘍，平時的外賣都是送上來的～整個院子都是一箇中式風格，我在院子裏拍了很多照片！！很出片～
