The hotel staff were very nice. The hotel has free cookies and tea in the lobby. The cleanliness of the room could be better. It smelled like someone smoked when we entered the room. There was no aircon in the corridor and elevator.
The location is good as it is near the canal.

酒店是一個園林式的酒店，環境很好，且就在迎恩門水街，尋找美食很方便，到各個景點也都不遠，房間很乾凈寬敞，但房間用品和早餐品種都有些差強人意。總的來説不挑剔的話應該也是很滿意的。

酒店就在迎恩門這兒，離魯迅故居，倉橋直街啥的開車十分鐘以內。周邊有一個小商場，河兩岸夜遊很多餐飲店，簡單吃喝都能滿足！酒店很貼心，大堂有歡迎飲料，茶包，下午有三四種水果供客人自取！早餐不能算很豐富，但基本能滿足大家的需要。有面，有色拉，有水果，有麪包蛋糕，有咖啡牛奶！

酒店房間衛生乾淨舒適，前臺服務也是體貼入微，退房幫忙發票開好，超物所值，臨近迎恩門景點，吃飯逛街都方便，下次有機會還是會選擇入住。

迎恩門希爾頓歡朋酒店位於紹興迎恩門風情水街，地理位置佳，環境不錯，周邊店鋪多，覓食方便，可以逛街，賞夜景。入住酒店停車方便且免費，房間比較大，佈局挺好的，自助早餐種類豐富，中、西餐都有。前台辦理入住效率挺高，也比較熱情，大堂有免費的橙汁點心。唯一不滿意的是晚上外面好像是KTV吵鬧到半夜，嚴重影響休息！

酒店停車場比較方便，地上地下都可停車，前台服務人員比較熱情，主動給升級房間，房間乾淨整潔，自助早餐品種豐富，味道很棒。入住當晚因操作不慎，網上訂單出現小麻煩，前台小帥哥主動幫忙，多方協調，終於解決了問題，超讚！
