The hotel staff were very nice. The hotel has free cookies and tea in the lobby. The cleanliness of the room could be better. It smelled like someone smoked when we entered the room. There was no aircon in the corridor and elevator.
The location is good as it is near the canal.

Zhao Fang at the front desk provided enthusiastic service and helped with late check-out. The breakfast was rich and colorful. Hampton is still good. It will be my first choice next time.

The second time I came to Shaoxing, I chose to stay at the Hilton.
