之前看到別人評價這個電梯門一開，迎面撲來的黴味，真實體驗來一回。房間很暗，和詳情圖片落差太大了。工作人員服務態度很好，可彌補不了硬件的差分

帶娃住了不少酒店，仟那觀山温泉度假酒店還是讓人眼前一亮。可以帶寵物。晚上還可以唱ktv，山澗溪水潺潺，值得一提的是，菜味道不錯，也不算貴，還好吃！非常喜歡！

位置方便，離地鐵站步行15分鐘左右到，旁邊200就是柯橋古鎮，夜晚景色宜人，酒店衞生乾淨整潔，值得推薦，不錯不錯！

首先地理位置很好找，並且酒店工作人員都很客氣，房間無異味。但是設施太陳舊：1.洗澡淋浴花灑是壞的，沒有辦法固定。2.洗澡水不夠熱，這個天氣體感温度温温的。3.馬桶很難沖！4.夜晚發現臨街在吵架，凌晨兩點多….家裡人想關窗户發現窗户是壞的….關不上….忍受了四個小時的吵鬧聲最後警察來了才安靜…5.被褥沒有墊被，蓋的被子很厚，是冬天的那種…..6.早餐不好吃……可能平常價格也不高，也沒有接待滿員遊客的經驗，我到前台反應問題發現別的遊客更慘，房間跳閘…還有門卡刷不上的….突然覺得自己這些都不算事了
希望可以改進！

提前預訂了親子房，晚上七點多辦理入住，一進門就是一股很重的嘔吐味，大人孩子都受不了，去前台換房説同樓層親子房沒了，其他樓層親子房要加價30元，無語……和酒店交涉並不是我們無理取鬧要換房，這麼重的嘔吐味誰受得了！酒店説要麼退了，最後我們因為太晚了還是衹能忍了加價住了！這種酒店不會去第二次！
換了後衹能説一分錢一分貨吧，不要太注意細節，空調吵點，床單有點破洞，也能湊合住。早飯品種是少，沒了基本就不補了，不挑食的也能吃。這個酒店走廊是我目前為止走過最長的了。停車場也是絕了，出口是隔壁的另一個叫四季啥的酒店，還是樓梯的……

房間很多，我訂購了2樓單人間（差不多走到頭轉角處）正對着樓梯走下去就是盧上阿姨奶茶店。窗外風景正好是馬路轉角處很熱鬧，不管白天還是晚上坐在房間看着窗外的夜景和散步的人羣感覺非常舒服。窗外的轉角屋頂角落裡還有一衹避暑的貓。
