這個如家酒店在人民中路上交通和位置是非常非常的方便。到魯迅故居走過去1km，到八字橋小巷子穿過去也差不多一km。到長橋直接往西面走，差不多也是一點幾km，真的很方便。關鍵是這家酒店的停車可以停到對面的財政證券公司停車場裏面走的時候，前台會給你一張小票，可以停24小時免費，所以説性價比還是非常高的。如果衹是聊完市裡麪的幾個景點，住這家酒店衹要徒步非常方便的。對面小巷子有紹興市民自己吃的小吃店。也是很方便。

酒店位置不錯，離景區不遠，不含早餐，15一位，感覺還可以，就是當天吃飯的時候，一個服務員帶着兩個小孩來吃飯，兩個小孩在餐廳追跑打鬧，還隨便動客人的煎蛋，感覺非常不好，建議閉餐以後再帶孩子來吃飯。再就是衞生太一般了，玻璃臟的連晴天陰天的看不出來了。

進人房間感覺比較陳舊，房間的玻璃簡直是太臟了，給前台的人提意見，看着像店長的一個人説，在外面，擦不着，問題是窗户裏面也很臟，紗窗也非常臟，客房的大姐非常不錯，打掃衞生及時。

一個巨舊的浴室，床櫃和桌子上也是那種破破的坑坑窪窪的，燈也暗暗的，窗户還蠻大，白天的光線還行，我想着我自己選的，也就忍了，勝在前台兩個小姐姐服務很好，説話總是笑呵呵的，酒店去景點都很方便～

酒店衞生乾淨，設施齊全，該有的都有。前台和客房中心服務熱情。酒店位置出眾，離魯迅故居景區和倉橋直街景區大概都是10分鐘左右的路程，從紹興北站出來坐BRT1路可到附近，稍微走兩步就到。吃飯很方便，旁邊的小童公園對面的馬巷有不少飯店供選擇，邊上也有個世紀聯華超市，買東西也挺方便。
