Excellent location. Near attractions and walking street with many foods and restaurants. The room is clean, beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast spread is good and attentive service staff.

Great hotel in a great location. Very convenient close to local attractions and great size rooms. Rooms are decorated very well to the local theme, breakfast is vast with many options and hotel has a good style of elegance in the lobby areas. Beds are super comfortable, terrace provides beautiful views and staff remain super friendly and professional. Have recommended to friends, would recommend if looking in this area. Hotel suits business people, families and couples very well.

衞生：非常整潔明亮，公共場所和房間都打掃的乾乾淨淨。
環境：大堂寬敞，休息區人多。隨處可以坐下休息，庭院江南水鄉風格。有亭、有水系、烏篷船、錦鯉……拍照特別美！
服務：前台辦理入住和退房非常快速，住店可以提前預約免費旅拍。拍照出片效果好，有很多漢服、旗袍可以穿，還提供化粧造型！
在這個酒店入住過無數次，感覺越來越好！一直在更新，維護得很完美。早餐種類豐富，中西餐都有，味道好。離店還有伴手禮，帶着祝福回家！感謝！

酒店位置實在是太優秀了，出門就是魯迅故里，走一點就是沈園，辦理入住的時候酒店前廳主管張卓薇就主動幫我申請了小童早餐，安排了晚上的點心，還提醒我旅拍，可以幫忙預約，但是時間關係沒有用到。退房的時候還送了伴手禮。每一個店員看到都會很熱情打招呼。還有土特產商店。紹興咸亨酒店絕對是最物超所值最值得的酒店，十分滿意。

酒店位置很好 就在魯迅故里步行街門口，離魯迅故里、沈園步行均可到達，去東湖、柯巖、蘭亭也都不是很遠，打車半小時內都可以到達；行李員小哥哥主動幫忙開車門、拉行李、回答問題也很專業；酒店的前台小姐姐都很好，辦理入住時給升級了房間，諮詢該怎麼逛景點上給出了很好的建議，少走了不少彎路；入住房間多虧了大堂小姐姐幫忙領路，要不真會迷失在酒店裡；晚上回房間發現一衹可愛的毛巾玩偶，還有客房小姐姐送來的報紙及冰粉；感受了自助餐廳和中餐廳，味道不錯，中餐廳物美價廉，照着孔乙己來盤茴香豆，衹是差了一點點酒～房間外有個超大的陽台，衹是蚊子不少，沒有感出去；酒店現在8號樓在整體改造升級，但在房間聽不見什麼聲音；整體很滿意～下次還會來～

回紹興第一次選擇了咸亨酒店。住了幾晚，入住體驗感很不好。1.從大堂到客房的走廊很長。二樓的走廊更長，感覺盡頭快到人民中路了。也很複雜：長廊-電梯-右拐-長廊-右拐-長廊-左拐-長廊-左拐，走迷宮一樣。沒點好記性真能把自己走丟了。無語。2. 目前8號樓在裝修，左右兩邊整天塵土飛揚，氣味難聞，電鑽聲刺耳。每天進出必過8號樓，空氣裏充滿灰塵，要捂着口鼻快速穿過。無語！3. 行政房迷你吧的免費軟飲衹能享用一次，不補充。住幾晚跟住一晚都一樣，很奇葩。第一次遇到。免不起就別免。太沒格局了。“夠比倒灶”。無語！4. 客房內網絡很差，根本無法上網。換了路由器也沒什麼用，龜速還老掉線。住了幾晚都走自己的流量。無語！5. 沒有潤膚露，沒有一次性拖鞋。袋泡咖啡有一天沒一天的，也不補缺。礦泉水每天一支，問保潔員怎麼不放2支？回答每天衹放一支，有需要可打前台電話。礦泉水很貴嗎？五星級酒店是這樣的標配嗎？無語！6. 近20位朋友在大堂吧喝茶消費，一位不喝茶的女士想要一杯白開水，服務員説白開水要收費，費用與茶水一樣。這酒店是掉錢眼裡了嗎？再次無語！這次回紹興選擇了咸亨酒店真的失望至極。與紹興飯店、世茂某冠假日酒店差的不是一點點。一直習慣性好評，這次不得不以事實為例實話實説。

趁着週末去紹興玩了一趟，最後選了這家咸亨酒店，事實證明是超值的。這其中要特別表揚前廳主管小張，服務熱情周到，第一時間給到建議和安排，非常省心。酒店就在魯迅故里旁邊，走路過去很近，出行十分方便，周圍有很多紹興本幫菜館，可以説是佔據了黃金位置，總體來説是非常推薦的，下次去紹興還會選擇咸亨！

到賓館已經是深夜了。前台辦理好入住後發現房間打不開，酒店工作人員小黃還有小張很體貼地為我們免費升級成了套房。房間住宿體驗感非常好，首先裝修是我很喜歡的復古風格，卧室獨立，床品舒適，各種細節也很到位。值得一提的還有早餐，種類繁多，新鮮美味。滿分。下次來紹興，還要住這裏～
