The hotel is in an excellent location, making it convenient and easy to access nearby attractions. However, the cleanliness and facilities were disappointing and below expectations, needing significant improvement. On the positive side, the service was good, with the staff being attentive and friendly. Overall, while the location and service were highlights, the lack of cleanliness and poor facilities diminished the experience.
