酒店12樓以下為商住公寓，13樓開始為酒店客房，不用刷卡就可以坐電梯，所以外賣也可以上樓，看得出酒店曾經輝煌過，現在設施老舊了，畢竟一分價錢一分貨，早餐一般，房間應該是重新裝修過，但是浴室門膠條老化，洗澡出來整個衞生間都是水，而且房門不能自動關閉，需要用力推一把，有安全隱患。奇怪的是連續兩天有人開錯房門，而且我們還是換過房間的。

來紹興跑馬拉松的，地段很方便在市中心，對面有接駁車。酒店房間非常大很寬敞，服務很人性化，早餐5點15分就有了。設施也不錯，乾淨衞生

酒店位置比較便利，靠近市中心，交通十分便捷，去周邊景點也快。房間乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適，空間也挺大。酒店的服務人員態度也很好，還給推薦了周邊美食。
