The hotel is well located, next to shopping mall and other restaurants. Room is very clean and has good space, not smoking room available . Staff very friendly. Laundry service with good price and also there is a self laundry area.

Business hotel. Didn't use any of the facilities other than the bed. Cheaper than Crowne next door, it's more than enough for a night or 2 if you're traveling for work. Rooms are spacious. Would highly recommend.

Close to the residence of Xun Lu, and East lake, breakfast is lack of selection and diner area is cold

The hotel is in quite a good location. This Holiday Inn from reception to rooms is a bit run down, and in need of renovation and better room cleaning - I could see stains on furniture. I had stayed in other Holiday Inn hotels and this one looked the poorest. Anyway, was quite happy with breakfast.
