The room is dirty with black stains in the bathroom. The floor is also dirty, old and neglected. There were no cleaning staff in the afternoon so when my toilet clogged they told me to fix it myself. Whats worse is their staff, so rude and impatient. I've traveled in 绍兴 for a long time and this is the worst hotel I have gone to. Unbelievable.
