Anxuan Hotel (Shaoxing Passenger Transport Center Lu Xun Hometown)

The most important thing in a hotel is service and hygiene. An Yue attaches great importance to the feedback of guests. Manager Ni at the front desk has good leadership and neat staff. He treats the guests as family. The girl Anna at the front desk is especially considerate. She reminds her to bring an umbrella and add clothes when it rains, and helps check the bus. Route stop signs, cleaning staff are also kind and courteous, breakfast is rich and delicious, and all services are up to standard. It was my first time coming to Shaoxing from Taiwan and I stayed there for five days. This is a very cozy hotel and I will stay here again next time.

Very good hotel, clean and sanitary, large rooms, good soundproofing. There is also a mini bar in the lobby, with various small gifts to receive, and a very good breakfast with rich dishes and good taste. There is an underground garage for convenient parking.

Service: The service is very good, very patient and considerate. The service desk also thoughtfully prepared some emergency supplies. The room is quite large and well-equipped. The restaurant has a good variety of food and tastes good.

[Rooms and facilities] I booked an eSports twin room, which is fully equipped. There are free water, drinks and snacks. There is also a snack cabinet for a fee. Hygiene and visual inspection are clean. We were initially assigned a room that smelled faintly of cigarette smoke, but after reporting it to the front desk, we immediately changed it to another room that didn't smell like cigarette smoke. The air conditioner in the room is so loud! When I turned on the air conditioner/heater, it kept making a buzzing noise. Then I turned on the automatic mode. The result was that it buzzed for a while, then stopped for a while, and then it started buzzing again. I couldn't sleep well all night because of the sound of the heating operation. . Compared with the other Anyue Hotel I stayed at the day before, the facilities (toilets, showers, decoration, elevators, etc.) are really old. [Hotel Location] The location of the hotel is great! It is a 3-4 minute walk from two different bus stations, and it is very convenient to take the bus. There are also some restaurants near the hotel. The distance from the scenic spots is acceptable. If you take the bus, you can reach the scenic spots (the hometown of Lu Xun and the hometown of the calligrapher) within half an hour. [breakfast] The breakfast was okay. Compared to the other Anyue Hotel I stayed at the day before, it didn't feel like there were so many choices. There were quite a few restaurants and they were very spacious. There is room for improvement in the taste of breakfast, as several items were left cold. I’m also very impressed with their wontons. The filling is less than half the size of a pinky fingernail. I wonder if that’s what the wontons here are like. It’s so special. [Serve] The service was excellent. When we left the hotel, the front desk and restaurant managers asked us whether we were satisfied or not and expressed our opinions about the noise in the room and the breakfast. They also responded patiently and courteously. I have always had confidence in the Anyue hotel chain, and I hope this hotel will improve better and better in the future!

This Spring Festival, my family went to Shaoxing for a trip. First of all, the setting of one large bed and one small bed just met the accommodation requirements of a family of three. The room was large, and the bedding, toiletries and bath products were also very comfortable. The lobby minibar is a feature. The breakfast room is not big, but the meals are also very rich. The hotel service is very considerate. In addition to various free drinks, there are also many meticulous small items, such as earplugs, etc. I feel at home and the hotel understands the needs of customers very well. I hope the water output of the shower faucet will be larger, and a clothes hanger can be installed.
