賓館乾淨衞生，前台服務態度好，前台提供礦泉水，缺點周邊餐飲較少，離火車道太近，睡眠淺的注意。
離上虞站步行600米，步行15分鐘，門口有直達高鐵站和客運站的公交。

房間整潔乾淨，每天都會換毛巾，送礦泉水，提供一次性牙刷，服務熱情，看我頭髮長還特意給我把梳子😂，周邊交通便利，吃飯的話大門出去左拐過地道就有很多可以吃飯的地方，性價比高，有早餐雖然簡單但是能吃飽，主食炒飯炒麪稀飯，茶葉蛋饅頭等還是不錯的。

設施很舊，淋浴房的一扇移門缺損了也不按上的，洗面台都是黃銹，最讓人無法忍受的是窗前的鐵軌，訂房時並不知，一晚上火車貨車不斷，嗓音很重，服務員像舊時的招待所工作人員，愛搭不理，這是我平生第一次給酒店差評！

位置很好找，導航過去的位置很準確，前台服務很熱情，也有免費停車場，周邊吃飯購物也挺方便，酒店後面幾百米就有吃飯購物的，離火車站也很近。五個人出差訂了三間，很不錯
