今年新開的酒店，設計感非常強，公區環境很好，特別喜歡他們的大堂吧，房間也很乾凈整潔，就是房間剛進去還是有一點點新裝修的味道 酒店一共有3層，這次給升級的90平套房在3樓，2樓有健身房。房間空間感很不錯，還有特色茶室，迷你吧有特色黃酒和啤酒，還配了茴香豆 前台接待的小姐姐很好，客服部開夜床也很用心，準備了眼罩和手寫小紙條，不過酒店服務人員素質感覺整體還需要提升一些，服務的專業度有點參差不齊 有個bug就是自駕的話沒辦法電梯上來直達接待大廳，需要從商場5號電梯坐到一樓再走到酒店 2大1小烏篷船體驗票 1張:烏篷船碼頭離酒店很近，坐船方便，坐船的價格不低，包含在酒店服務裏面感覺很不錯 【午後絮語】雙人花園下午茶:下午茶在大堂吧，準備的東西還比較有誠意，就是布丁表面的焦糖烤的有點焦 酒店就在紹興天地商城裡麪，逛街吃飯溜孩子很方便，酒店還送了紹興天地裏麪遊樂園的入場券和遊戲廳的遊戲幣，能玩好一陣子。酒店自己安排的活動沒體驗上。 總體來説還是很推薦的

酒店很棒，可以説是超預期了，本來沒想到這麼優秀哈哈，一開始以為衹是一個比較有設計感的酒店而已，沒想到這麼驚喜。酒店的設計細節、服務以及房間內的裝修細節都是遠遠高於這個價位的其他酒店品牌了。例如剛到店辦理入住手續的的歡迎茶點以及酒店內的一些活動都是度假酒店的水平了。給這次紹興之旅帶來了驚喜，同時也非常感謝前台Stephen周到的服務，簡而言之，物有所值～

這家酒店真是無可挑剔！前台免費給升級了房間，酒店旁邊就是商場很方便，我們家小朋友住了都不想走了。從入住到離開，每一個環節都讓人感到温馨與舒適。環境優美，服務熱情周到，房間寬敞明亮，設施一應俱全。

首先必須説的是房間的衞生非常好，設施很現代化使用方便，吹風機是戴森的，淋浴設備也很好用，很喜歡他們的淋浴噴頭；整個酒店的設計很有風格，很美，很多有趣的裝飾，暗粉和靜謐藍的色調，很喜歡；酒店的服務也很好，所有工作人員都熱情周到，特別是前台Stephen，還提前發了紹興的旅遊景點介紹和攻略給我們參考，很用心。下次再來紹興，肯定還是住這家，住着很舒心。

酒店充滿設計感，旁邊100米就是紹興天地，景點玩累了想在酒店待着也很有趣。房間衞生乾淨。前台Stephen熱情接待，還分享自製的景點介紹，感受家人般的關愛！下午茶的黃酒布丁好好吃呀！下次來紹興還住木棉花！
