The best part about visiting Shaoxing was choosing the right hotel. I was delighted the entire time. The hotel is relatively new, and the color scheme and decor incorporates local Keqiao textile elements, which I personally think is very representative. Because the children's school is on a spring study tour in Shaoxing, our family of three came here to check out the place during the Qingming Festival holiday. It just so happens that this newly opened Hyatt Place hotel is not far from the Keyan Scenic Area, one of the study tour spots for children in Shaoxing. I heard from a friend that the house was renovated in 23 years, so there is no need to worry about formaldehyde. The owner used to be a die-hard fan of Hyatt Hotels. The hotel is very professional from rooms to dining to room service. The quality of the guest rooms is first-rate, and it is particularly worth mentioning that the room has a sofa bed (the sofa bed is very spacious and comfortable), which allows a family of three to have one bed each in a standard room (the child is in the second year of high school). I also have three points that left a deep impression on me: 1. Breakfast. Both Chinese and Western styles are rich and exquisite: The kids had tomato and egg noodles, and I had lard wontons. right! There is lard as white as jade, as well as shredded eggs, dried shrimps and seaweed on the condiment table. The soup base includes chicken soup and beef noodle soup. This is the most satisfying wonton I have ever had for hotel breakfast (previously the wontons in hotel buffet breakfasts were all dumpling soup, which was hard to describe). The omelette is sprinkled with black sesame seeds. White porridge, mung bean porridge (pumpkin porridge the next day). The freshly ground coffee machine is very beautiful, and it is thoughtfully equipped with paper cups and paper cup lids for guests to pack up. For guests who pay attention to healthy eating, the hotel chef also prepares nut honey low-fat oatmeal (sprinkled with raisins, which I personally like very much). The hotel's various breads are also very delicious. 2. Main meal: Personally, I think pizza is a must-order. It is very delicious and cost-effective. It beats all the pizzas I have eaten before. The cheese can be stretched into very long strings. Steak is also a specialty of the restaurant. Although it is a bit expensive, the advantage lies in the quality of the beef, the portion (200 grams) and the chef (I heard from friends that the owner brought in the chef from Grand Hyatt Italian Restaurant). The appetizers include colorful bread and cheese sauce (the cheese sauce is also specially made by the hotel chef). 3. The hotel also has a very cute smart room delivery robot.

The newly opened hotel is in a good location near the Keyan Scenic Area. The hotel environment is good, the room is relatively clean. The front desk celina is very nice, the service is warm and thoughtful, and she actively shared the travel guide of Shaoxing, which is very heartwarming and a very good experience. Next time I come to Shaoxing, I will choose Hyatt Place again!
