酒店是新裝修的，非常乾淨，服務人員的服務也非常熱情，非常用心。
酒店早餐都是服務人員早上4點開始新鮮準備的，我們一家人每個人都吃了兩碗，非常贊。
酒店內部的管理也非常到位，我們家小傢伙把耳機落在了酒店裡麪，我們自己都還沒有意識到，酒店的服務人員主動電話過來詢問並快遞，感覺超級好。L

F從入住到離開都很滿意，酒店很乾凈衞生還有淡淡的香味，入住會送一盒果盤和免費的早餐券，大廳旁邊的桌子有茶點，藍莓味的糖果好吃，茶水每次回酒店都喝一杯挺好喝的解渴，下雨天也有雨傘可以借。房間有智能小度和智能馬桶，那個窗簾真的很遮光，一覺睡到了十點多還以為是晚上，休息很充足。酒店服務也很及時到位，打電話了立馬有迴應，離開的時候還幫忙寄存了行李，總體來説，體驗感極佳，下次來紹興玩還會住的，強烈推薦給朋友們。

設施：酒店開業不久，設施很新，小度智能話管控，還不錯👍
衞生：保潔阿姨每天打掃，肉眼可見的乾淨。
環境：周邊沒有什麼配套商超，公交站在樓背面，地鐵站距離1公里，稍遠。
服務：入住辦理快，有歡迎水果，前台有茶水和糖果、小零食供應，房間冰箱裏還有礦泉水、飲料。
提個小建議：早餐雖中西結合，但品類還可以再豐富些，酸奶別再用乳粉勾兑這種了，換成生牛乳的成本也差不了多少，但客户體驗會提升很多。

是新酒店，管理方面有待提高，房間衞生沒打掃乾淨，入住系統房卡辦理不出來，房間號入住是411，結果房間電話打服務枱打不了，看房間電話房號顯示410。讓人體驗感一般吧，需要提高管理，畢竟一個晚上800多的費用，這樣很不值

總體還行，家庭房適合一家四口居住，房間很大，🈶送水果和飲料，設施比較新，隔音不行。早飯10/3有點亂，10/4好很多，看出來服務人員盡力了。周圍有點偏僻，適合晚上回來睡個覺，感覺價格400之內最多了。

房間新，有點味道，説是河景，窗户外是農田，門口交通不太方便，也沒啥店可以買東西，要走10分鐘，晚上走回來還是有點可怕的，到中心景點打車15分鐘。住了幾天衹有一部電梯要等很久，每次都擠得滿滿的，早餐也有點亂，可能是高峯時候，座位也沒有，牛奶什麼的都沒了也沒有人加麪條餛飩都要排隊，有點亂，而且味道也不行。每天都要去前台更新房卡，不然不能開門，不太方便，還有，2樓在裝修，工人也坐這個電梯，身上都是灰塵有點尷尬，畢竟衹有一個電梯，而且白天都可以聽到聲音，沒發中午休息，如果白天計劃出行不回來的還行。新開酒店，前台服務有點生疏，態度尚可，路過碰到客房服務員態度挺好的，不過住了幾天，沒有換過床單！房間有小度控制，有耳塞眼罩，估計想到了有裝修才放的，衹能説節假日價格都漲價好幾倍，就有點失望了，按照平時價格還能接受。畢竟價格在的。

酒店附近購物中心🛍️休閑散步都很方便，龍湖天街商業街這月底也要開業啦😄離紹興迎恩門很近，火車站近在咫尺，晚飯後出去走走，迎恩門夜景很美.酒店設施設備很温馨，全屋智能裝修，智能馬桶，衞生間乾濕分離，電動窗簾，語音智能控制系統。去紹興著名景點都很很近（如魯迅故里，陽明故里，東湖風景區……）住宿客人免費停車，還有豐富的中西式自助早餐，據説這個品牌的酒店是中高端商務品牌，（嘉興也有吶😊）為了攜程給用户的積分，我也是拼啦哈哈，但也是發自內心真實評價哈、絕對價超所值。國慶長假打算給朋友也定這裏
