缺點：1、早餐是我吃過的經濟型連鎖酒店最差的 有咖啡機但是沒有現磨咖啡 沒有酸奶 沒有蛋糕 有吐司機但是沒有果醬 水果一股菜刀味
2、洗衣房一台洗衣機一台烘乾機而且功率極小
3、前台一個穿便服的女工作人員一問三不知
4、房間衞生間狹小衣服毛巾沒有地方放
5、茶包太低級了 感覺浪費了房間的水 但是一看 水也是最便宜的水
6、門雖然是木門嘎嘎作響
7、馬桶竟然是老式馬桶 而且水壓極低
優點 1、設施除馬桶之外都很新 2、服務態度好打包的菜幫忙冷藏 提供微波爐加熱
3、多要兩支水也沒有收費
4、全房小度控制

酒店整體還是很好的，一直以來沒少住了維也納酒店，去往各個城市，這家店在紹興的鬧市區，比較繁華的地帶，吃喝玩樂都比較方便，尤其是去魯迅故里，都是很方便，唯有一點就是裝修的有點味道，建議平時多散散味兒了吧。服務挺好的，熱情有禮貌，很值得下次入住。

酒店位置不錯，離魯迅故里，沈園，王羲之故里等景區都不遠，愛運動的走着去都不是事。服務很熱情，酒店周邊有大的商場，購紹興特產（黃酒）很方便

位置不錯，火車站出來走幾百米就到了，樓下就是公交車站，去各個景點都是幾百米一點幾公里的距離，走路或者坐公交都可以，設施比較新，服務不錯，早餐還可以，洗澡水很大，總的來説挺滿意！

首先特別感謝酒店前台小姐姐的熱情接待，尤其是小張服務員，在得知孩子不舒服的情況下，提前給辦理入住，並升級房間，多送幾瓶礦泉水，既貼心又暖心。酒店設施非常新，房間乾淨整潔。忘了拍酒店照片，貼幾張紹興景區圖。
