HanTing Hotel (Shaoxing Keqiao Town Guzhen Libaijia Square)

The front desk service is good, the room decoration is very new, the toilet is a smart toilet with seat heating function, and there is an alley with free parking next to it. It is very close to Keyan Scenic Area, Keqiao Ancient Town, Anchang Ancient Town, and Oriental Landscape Amusement Park, but it is soundproof. Not very good, acceptable!

After reading the reviews, some people commented that the front desk was poor and they didn't pay attention. On the day of check-in, we had to wait for half an hour to complete the check-in. When we arrived, there was a person who took a long time, so we waited nearby. However, a person came from behind and ran directly to the front desk to check in and didn't care about us. I directly handled everything for others. I asked the front desk and asked three questions. The attitude was very poor and expressionless. I was very impatient. Ctrip booked two breakfasts and insisted that we didn’t want to see my mobile phone. There was another e-sports hotel at the front desk in the background. People feel that the elevator is very messy and old. It was said that it was opened in 2023 and it should be a renovation. The pipes in the room suddenly make a churning sound in the middle of the night. It is very scary. I originally booked 2 nights and canceled it for one day. I changed to another hotel and drove myself to various hotels throughout the Spring Festival. City travel, Guangzhou and Fujian all stayed at Hanting Hotel. This hotel was the worst and most disappointing. It was the last stop in Shaoxing. It affected the good mood of the whole trip. I stayed in other hotels today. Compared with their hotel, I stayed in one place and took things with my hands. There is no smiling service at this store. During the entire trip, which lasted half a month, this store was the only one that received negative reviews.

每次出差我都首選漢庭酒店，這次入住再次被圈粉！剛到酒店，前台工作人員就微笑相迎，辦理入住迅速高效，還貼心提示我早餐時間與周邊交通。進入房間，乾淨的床鋪、整潔的環境瞬間驅散旅途疲憊。衞生間沒有一絲異味，洗漱用品擺放規整。晚上安靜得很，一覺睡到天亮。第二天，自助早餐品類豐富，有營養粥、麪包、雞蛋。無論是出差還是旅行，漢庭酒店都給人 “家外之家” 的温馨，值得信賴！

酒店房間很乾凈，周邊吃飯方便，離景點近，服務熱情，滿意。

酒店服務很好，前台小姐姐還贈送了小童的早餐券，早餐豐富，機器人送餐很可愛，每天還有點小零食自己拿，房間整潔乾淨，交通也便利，附近有公交車地鐵，樓下有共享電動車自行車，很方便！

這邊漢庭新開業沒多久，整體感覺還是比較新的，房間裝修保持練好，乾淨衞生，房間都有窗户，通風性還不錯，周邊也有一些吃飯的地方，整體還是不錯的
