The thin young lady at the front desk has very good service. I stayed in this shop on business trips. Every time we were served breakfast, they would also ask us which room to face. Once we stayed, they would remember our preferences and the service was super Good, the room is also relatively clean, and the epidemic prevention during the epidemic is also in place and very good

房間比較舊，衞生間有下水道上來的小飛蟲；被子上有污漬。早餐竟然在粥裏吃出了鋼絲球的鋼絲！比較失望，果斷更改後兩日計劃。

總體環境可以，我們出去旅遊都住的維也納酒店。這次住的紹興維也納。但設施太陳舊了，衞生也不好，櫃子邊角還有灰塵，洗澡時水温不穩定，再怎麼調水温忽高忽低，價格比其它地方高很多。

可能酒店開的時間比較長了。
設施：一般般 內部地毯比較臟
衞生：衞生一般般
環境：內部網絡有信號 確怎麼也發不出圖片訊息
服務：服務一般 拖鞋 梳子 還要在吧枱自己拿
自助早餐真的很一般 還不如去對面廣場吃

國慶和朋友一起自駕到紹興住了這家店，國慶價格比平時貴了不少。酒店裝修偏舊了，早餐一般般，電梯有點難等。好在衞生還可以，停車也挺方便。服務也很好，戴眼鏡的小夥印象比較深刻房間燈壞了2盞很快上來修好了還推薦了周邊餐廳。第二天一大早在電梯裏遇到打了聲招呼看着有點疲憊。

經常住維也納，這個店服務態度差，訂了2天，第一天入住衞生間馬桶沒做乾淨，因為比較晚就休息了，也不想麻煩別人了，第二天清晨出門東西放在房間，保潔進入房間打掃也沒有告知，等晚上回酒店發現馬桶污漬還在，和前台溝通幾次換房間，他們衹有一個回答，太晚了，不能更換，讓保潔去打掃。本來好心情遇到這個事情，直接退了一天

每一週都自駕遊玩，走到哪不想再跑了就住下來 ，基本都會住在維也納。開車直接進地下停車場，按照標識找到電梯到大堂辦理入住。前台的服務員拿到身份證以後不認識名字沒關係，下次請不要隨便讀。房間不算大，看起來是重新裝修過了的。但是，還是比較老舊的，淋浴間的門都關不上了；櫃子打開電線就裸露在外面。晚上都睡覺了，還是挺安靜的，要不然隔音一般。
