This is my second time staying here, and the experience is still great. The hotel upgraded the room type for free, and the reception was very warm. The breakfast was very delicious. The kids loved it. I will choose Shangyu Hotel next time I come to Shangyu!

The waiter had a bad attitude. When we went to have breakfast, my daughter put on 103cm shoes and asked us to buy an extra separate breakfast ticket.
What makes people angry is that after we went in to eat, many dishes were gone at 9:30. Breakfast was not finished until 10 o'clock. The service was not good. I won't stay here next time.
