Very nice hotel and enjoyed my stay however the breakfast was lacking… could have had more options and not enough setting space for guests.

Overall it's good, the breakfast is quite rich, and the hotel is very close to "Xiacha Lake Bitang". I stayed in room 1018, but the problem is that the air conditioner in the room cannot be adjusted. It is noisy at night and can only be turned off. The feeling is not good. I hope the hotel can maintain the equipment well.

The hotel is newly built and put into use. Overall, it is good, the environment is very good. You can see the baseball stadium next to it from the guest room. The sanitation of the store is also good. The breakfast is also very rich. Xiao Zhong at the service desk has a very good attitude!

There were two or three thin steel wires protruding from the hair dryer head. When I took the hair dryer out of the bag, I pierced my hand. At around 6 o'clock the next day, I wanted to go to the bathroom and found that the switch button did not work. I called the front desk for the first time, but no one answered. The second time, a male waiter answered and said that he would call the electrician to come up. After waiting for 15 minutes, no one came up. I called again, and a female waiter told me that the electrician would go to work at 8 o'clock and asked me to wait. She said that she could not do anything as a front desk clerk and no one understood it now. I told you to ask someone to come up and take a look or make a card to try. After a while, a waiter came up and took a look and said that the panel should be broken. We went to eat first. Because we were in a hurry to make a reservation for the attractions, we checked out and left. So we didn’t talk to them anymore. He said that he had told the manager that he would refund me 150 yuan through Ctrip. I didn’t bargain with them and just left because I just wanted to complain. I was speechless. Arguing with them on the spot would affect my mood for the whole day.

The service of the hotel staff is not well trained. We arrived at more than ten o'clock in the evening, and the cleaning lady was splashing water and mopping the floor in the elevator room. She was also splashing water while we were waiting for the elevator. The two people at the front desk answered the phone while checking in, and at the same time helped colleagues find their phones, etc., which was very inattentive and delayed time. There were many people at breakfast, and there was no management. It would be okay to line up and help arrange the table.
