Stayed at this homestay for our anniversary yesterday. It seemed we were the only guests there and the staff was really helpful, catered to all our requests efficiently. They added my husband’s WeChat before our arrival and communicated with us about our needs and wants.
The hotel is quite far from the city but it is surrounded by gorgeous tea plantations that were a sight for sore eyes. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of city life then I definitely recommend this place!! Thank you and see you guys next time.

1，清明假期親子出行，民宿可能剛開始運營吧周邊環境遊客打卡比較多，影響整體入住體驗，工作人員也像無頭蒼蠅手忙腳亂，點個咖啡都還在手工記賬，原本説好住酒店的贈送咖啡，我們一家四口辦理的是雙床房，咖啡卻衹贈送一杯。
2，管家通過攜程平台要取了客户手機號和微信號，説建個管家羣提升服務體驗，於是提供了個人訊息，民宿用餐和音樂會都提前預約並付款了費用，但是辦理退房手續的時候又再次向家屬收取重複餐費和音樂會費用，幸虧回程路上提了一嘴，要不然可能就多損失一筆支出。
3，用餐期間去了一趟廁所，滿廁所都是亂丟的紙臟的不行，衞生服務很不及時，需要提醒服務員才會安排打掃，第二天早上我們去湖邊涼亭小坐也還是前面一天的垃圾，垃圾桶也是滿的，根本沒有服務員也沒有人處理，要坐都得靠自己收拾。
4，周邊環境還是很美，服務太差，體驗太差，餐食貴的要命，所有咖啡飲料一律38

泡池都是提前放好水温暖的環境很舒服

來到心池就發現是一個美麗的地方，管家小徐熱情的接待了我們，耐心的帶我們去了名宿的各個地方，心池的餐也非常棒，很符合我們的胃口，這裏無邊泳池也是一絕，夜晚的微風配上泳池的燈光直接氛圍感拉滿，下次櫻花季節我們肯定會二刷的！
