The hotel is located at the north gate of Donghu Lake and it is very convenient to go to the attractions. Before I checked in, I told me that the heating effect of the air conditioner was not very good, but I didn't expect it to be not very good. It was basically negligible. The hot water was not checked out from around 22 pm to more than 10 am. At around 8 o'clock, I called the front desk and said that it would take 1～ 2 hours to repair it when it was frozen at night, but it was not repaired until check-out. Feedback is not so awkward. The whole December was not the day I lived, the temperature was below 0 ℃? Why don't you do a good job in advance if you know it will be frozen?
