前台琪琪服務周到.酒店房間乾淨舒適，床單被罩嶄新如初，WiFi順暢無阻看電影毫無卡頓，空調聲音輕微污漬很快就清涼下來洗浴。設施也很全，洗髮水沐浴露也很香.
旅遊部小姐姐服務好，講解細緻.行程安排妥當，我們滿意，十分好評。

整體住的都是挺滿意的，酒店的地理位置很好，房間乾淨整潔，床上用品柔軟舒適，枕頭高度剛好，而且很軟，睡得很香，早餐，味道也是不錯的 房間裏面的礦泉水也是免費的 不夠還可以讓前台工作人員額外送到房間 酒店環境也不錯，衞生也挺乾淨的，下次有機會還會來 推薦大家入住

非常棒的一家賓館，規模不小，位置不錯，距高鐵站與偉人故居都不遠，房間乾淨，設施較新，早餐豐富，服務很好，特別是前台半夏小姑娘熱情周到，酒店提供接送站服務，很方便。樓下就有特色飯店，門前有停車場，也有地下車庫，大廳有旅遊服務。有這樣服務的酒店值得推薦！

麗楓韶山故居景區店絕對是旅行優選！剛到酒店，薰衣草香氛就撲面而來，那種舒緩的香氣讓人一下子就放鬆下來，旅途的勞累都消散了不少。
需要物品時，送物機器人特別給力，響應快還很智能，送來東西后那可愛的道別聲特別治癒。
房間裏的空氣凈化器太貼心了，湖南潮濕的天氣裏，房間依舊乾爽舒適，必須給五星

衞生情況不是很好，衞生間及地面有大量腳印子，沙發凳上有油印，洗衣房烘乾機雞肋，烘完衣服門打不開，半天沒人處理，白襯衫管理人員在場弄了弄打不開走了説通知前台讓工程部來搞，讓我不要急，等了 10 來 20 分鐘沒反應未等到相關人員，當時急着退房趕路，自己跑到前台去問，結果前台説沒接到通知，問我告訴誰了，我咋知道是誰啊，我又不知道你們管理人員叫啥名。不過前台小管還算機靈，立馬幫我上去查看情況並等了 2 分鐘幫我把衣服取下來了，並且送了兩瓶水和紀念章，這點補救措施值得表揚，但是你們的整體管理是有問題的，前台經理出現客訴問題全程待在辦公室不對客不解釋不處理，説明在對客服務意識方面非常欠缺。

房間超預期，寬敞且乾淨，早餐品種還不錯，就是吃煮粉面太多，一不注意就會被插隊，酒店駐場的旅行社也不錯，可以報備自己車輛開進去還能幫忙安排遊覽線路節省時間和精力，總體來説很不錯。
