純粹的個人開辦的住宿（所謂的酒店），絕大多數都不規範，，各類設施不完善，或者不過關，例如，正規酒店住宿的所有物件物品，用具等都是規範配套的。而純粹私人開辦的住宿酒店差距太大了，私人開辦的住宿酒店捨不得投入，衹想收入。因此，建議對私人（尤其是農民身份）開辦住宿酒店進行嚴格檢查規範私人開辦住宿酒店配套設施

民宿房間，要求不高，住一晚上沒問題，衣服架挺多，停車方便，在毛澤東故居景區裡邊，老闆家開有飯店，菜價不算便宜，在老闆家吃早餐，老闆負責接送到景區3-5分鐘的路程，自己開車進不去，這樣遊玩省時間，7點多出發排了約1小時的隊，還不錯！

從長沙南坐最後一趟到韶山南，到的時候都晚上十點半了。老闆很爽快來高鐵站接我們，一路介紹韶山風土人情，老闆娘麻利辦好入住，給我們説早飯吃什麼，去景區也有接送，一開始就留了極好的印象！房間寬大乾淨，一家四口睡得很舒服。第二天一早吃過早飯老闆就送我們去毛主席故居，十二點過接回民宿，午飯已經等着了，國慶節期間二百多的套房價格，走哪裡都車接車送，性價比極高！韶山是我們在湖南的最後一程，深深感受到了這塊土地人民的善良好客，主席家鄉，名不虛傳，祝老闆一家生意興隆，越來越好！

強烈推薦啊，帶長者過來的，老闆和老闆娘超級熱情，車站和景區都管接管送的，看了演出也比官網便宜些，民宿裏也能點菜，老闆娘做好了會叫，住過的最貼心周到的民宿了，真是賓至如歸！
